Pleasant enough

It was clean and the bed was comfortable. They allowed me a short overstay after checkout.

Cons:

I had an early morning flight arrive at 3am. Many flights do. By the time I got to the hotel it was 4:15. There was no one around to let me into my room despite it being 24 hr reception, which was open and unattended. I waited half an hour, calling, ringing the bell etc. the clerk was asleep in his room. The neighbours had to eventually call him.
Be aware there are a lot of roosters calling in the morning too.

Was fine for one night although i would say overpriced for what you get

room was clean and bed was comfortable

Cons:

tv didnt work, no bar or restaurant available. Breakfast starts at 8, too late for us to be able to enjoy it

The staff were amazing considering the poor condition of the property. Perhaps the owners/proprietors can have some respect for the facility. At least DO SOME BASIC MAINTENANCE. I am making an exception by responding to your request for my opinion. THE OWNERS/PROPRIETORS SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THAT PROPERTY.

Relaxing stay in Georgetown, Guyana
Pros:

Where do I begin??? The entire booking process was easy and Charles facilitated the logistics of airport pickup and drop off seamlessly.

An accommodating front desk staff and Ms Mary is an angel with the delicious breakfasts and poolside drink service.

The facilities were as advertised which is always appreciated and the hotel is located within walking distance of markets, pharmacies and local food shops

Cons:

One recommendation to provide a welcome fact sheet for guests with hotel layout, WiFi codes and dining options.

We were able to get all of the above so no complaint, more of a suggestion for improvement

It was not to the standard that I wld want to call again.
Pros:

The berakfast was 1st too late and 2nd not suitable. It was too common. The bathroom window could not be closed and there was dust all over the microwave and fridge. The bed sheets need replacing as they rust and bleached patches. We were given 1 room that was evidently not cleaned after use with hair and dirt all over the bed and old furniture. We had to be relocated after objecting.

Cons:

Earlier breakfast. Better quality linens and better aroma around.

If you’re looking for a budget hotel, this is for you. The location was great but the facilities need some upgrades.
Pros:

The hotel is located in Georgetown close to everything. The staff were quite friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We were on the top floor, the stairs are very steep. The shower had no shower head so water was splashing everywhere and the shower curtain was too short, the toilet was getting wet.
The face basin was clogged for 3 of the four days we were there (they tried to have this resolved but it wasn’t), we had to use the bathroom to brush our teeth. Saw roaches in the bathroom by the pool. Parking was an issue also, there were only two spots available for parking.

I would stay again and recommend
Pros:

Special attention to dietary requirements. Charles made sure all meals did not affect my food allergies. He was a gentleman

The pool needed to be cleaned in the morning and more diligent dusting in the room .

It was an experience an di hope they do some upgrades in rooms..
Pros:

Breakfast was ok ..need more variety..dinner was great. Had some in laws visited but weren't able to entertained as I wasn't aware of a fee to utilize pool..should consider reopening bar at the pool.

Cons:

Room was ok..kept seeing ants...also, change out of work desk and chair should be considered..didn't have a view so was disappointed for the time spent. Some of the front desk staff wasn't too approachable..kudos to the male staff, hospitality on par.

Very relaxing and comfoorting for couple and business people who want a quick get way from home.
Pros:

I enjoy the pool and the breakfast. The room was also very nice and the housekeeping was excellent. The staff are very friendly and the environment is nice. The Bthroom is also very nice and spacious.

Cons:

Only complain would have is for Parking. I will lose my park spot if I make a short trip on the road and sometimes it is a hassle to find alternative parking but when I get to park it is nice. Not a major complain but if parking could be improved on it will be great.
