Pros:

ci siamo fermate solo una notte, dopo un concerto a Lucca; la struttura e' molto pulita, la stanza confortevole, il personale disponibile e gentile e la posizione e' strategica per visitare la citta' ma anche il resto della Toscana

Overall was good, mainly because of the staff friendliest.
Pros:

Parking was excellent, staff very friendly

Cons:

Location wasn’t the best, personally i found the venue very spooky with it being doubled up as a religious place with a priest on site, and for good measure there was a grave yard situated next door to the hotel.
Room its self was extremely warm with no air conditioning and the fan didnt work properly, and let beds was very uncomfortable.
However it was definitely a great experience.

Sto valutando una struttura estremamente spartana, ma molto affascinante. Dimenticatevi aria condizionata e lusso e ricordate il benessere di voi stessi. I gestori gentilissimi e disponibili. Venivo dall' Hermitage di Montecarlo, ma qui son stato con me stesso. Complimenti

Pros:

Batisse et cour de caractère dans une belle campagne toscane au calme. L' endroit est remarquable .le petit déjeuner très copieux les chambres propres les deux jeunes gérants très sympathiques .
Il fait très chaud l été et même les fenêtres ouvertes la nuit la température ne descend pas .les lumières de la façade restent allumées toute la nuit c est dommage ..

Le cadre est inhabituel tout en étant tellement apaisant, superbe ! , et la sincère gentillesse du personnel.est tellement rare, c est a souligner, merci a vous.

Cons:

Au mois de juillet, et même en étant dans les hauteurs l absence de clim est très genante. Nous le savions mais ne pensions pas subir autant cette absence d equipement.Lla batisse garde toute la chaleur, même la nuit en laissant tout ouvert, nous n avons quasiment pas dormi.

It's neat that it is such an old historic building.

Cons:

1st misrepresentation: upon calling and finding out about no A/C I was told that nights are cool enough to nor require AC, but as we found out, it was hot and only one out of the two rooms had even a fan in it.
2 second misrepresentation: Upon checking out we were asked for extra fees (albeit small) for Transit tax, which was nowhere to be seen at the time of booking - The bad part is that the excuse was that booking.com did not do things right, and the gas lighting was obvious, as though they had explained this same problem to many a guest and were used to blaming booking.com or the guest for not knowing. I did not appreciate that.

Quiet relacing place
Pros:

Quiet place with very friendly staff.
Breakfast is not “waw” but certainly enough choice and good value for money. Breakfast area (garden) is very nice. Don’t forget to visit the chapel.

Cons:

Beds. When your partner moves, you feel the matress moving. Beds are not comfortable.

Struttura immersa nel verde. STOP

Cons:

Struttura datata, arredi scadenti, riutilizzo di inginocchiatoi vecchi come comodini. Letti inesistenti. E' una struttura della curia, che si fa pagare come una struttura ricettiva, ma che non ha un servizio degno di tale nome. Attenzione, se malauguratamente soggiornate per più di una notte, la stanza ve la dovete sistemare da soli e scordatevi la sostituzione della biancheria. Colazione pagata 8 euro a persona oltre al costo della camera, se chiedi delle uova sode la risposta è ci dispiace le abbiamo finite, frutta vecchia e rinsicchita. Struttura SCONSIGLIATA a 360 gradi.

Ex convento antico mantenuto ed adattato ad hotel senza essere stravolto, ma in pieno rispetto con il precedente ruolo. Amena location, fuori dalla confusione, tra ulivi e alberi secolari.
