Everything. Newly furnished. Modern rooms. View of the beach and walking distance to nice bars and restaurants. Wonderful and friendly staff. Receptionists were pleasant and helpful. Cleaners, especially Suzy, were amazing and extremely polite.

In the bedroom the air conditioning was very weak and the pillows were not very comfortable (I woke up with a sore neck. The noise from outside can be heard.
Concept, location, balconies with a magnificent view, amazing cafe with breakfasts/lunch/dinners with delicious food and very attentive and welcoming staff

Staff on reception is not welcoming at all, it was like we interrupted their own game or internet browsing with our check-in.
But most disappointing and problematic thing is night illumination of the hotel, though beautiful it attracts too many bugs and insects. My friend bedroom which was closer to the balcony was covered with small black bugs, we are talking tens on the bed, tens in the bathroom, and tens in the rest of the room. Only solution from reception staff - here is big bottle of bug spray, help yourself:( We are paying for comfort and peace of mind on our vacation, not for sleeping on the bed with bugs.
Also this illumination is not entirely blocked by blackout curtains so it’s not completely dark in the rooms at night, which is disturbing for a good night sleep.
This was my third time in this hotel and it was very disappointing because of the above. Not sure I want to come back to be honest, will look into hotels nearby.
Dear LIV please turn off your night illumination and fix your bugs and insects problem. What is the point of coming to your hotel if it is filled with insects and is less comfortable, clean and pleasant than my own home?

Can't beat the location. We've stayed in that area a few times before, but each time we had to walk 5-7 minutes to reach Mackenzie Beach. Not a long walk, of course, but this time we only needed to cross the road. The hotel itself looked fresh and clean. The room we had was spacious enough, had a good TV, a reliable Internet connection, etc. Water was added each day, so we didn't need to carry any from the grocery store. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would surely stay here again.
Nothing really was significant enough to ruin the experience. The only slight annoyance was the breakfast, or, specifically, the inexperienced staff members. Once, even 3 people came to us asking if we were ready to place the order (which had already been made). Another time, no one came to us in 10 minutes. So, maybe there is a lack of processes, or simply a lack of experience. But the food was good, at least, and that mattered the most.
Great location and cafe on site. The apartments are a good size with thoughtful touches like salt and pepper available and milk for coffees which make shorter stays so much easier.
The water isn’t heated on demand which means you need to factor in some wait time before you can shower. I also didn’t appreciate the late cleaning time (around 6pm). These factors really made it difficult for me to maximise my stay as I had a number of pre-wedding events to attend and had to try to work around heating and cleaning schedules.

Очень красивый дизайн номера и все продумано для комфорта и даже шумоизолляция, что важно для расположения у дороги, близость к морю, хороший массаж в спа и все мелочи и детали, вкусный чай в лобби, занятия пилатес/йога, душ при входе в отель очень удобно после пляжа, если отель в Ларнаке, то точно этот!
Были иногда мелкие жучки в номере, но, видимо, это сезонное и с ними точно боролись
