Not the ritz but good for the price.
Pros:

Location was good, easy access to main beach strip, fully working air conditioning, decent sized room for price.

Cons:

Small black bugs in bathroom, beard shavings all over pillow and bed, shower was inconsistent sometimes good temperature other times freezing cold.

Ik kreeg wel direct een soort van thuis gevoel. Lekker ontspannen kon ik mij hier!

Bel appartement mais séjour gâché : hygiène insuffisante, allergie aux acariens et lit double inconfortable.

J’ai aimé la décoration, l’espace de l’appartement, ainsi que l’emplacement qui est très pratique.

Cons:

Mon séjour a été une catastrophe à cause du manque d’hygiène. Je suis allergique aux acariens, et les tapis ainsi que les coussins n’étaient clairement pas propres : ils n’avaient pas été aspirés ni lavés.
Résultat : nez qui coule, éternuements et difficultés à respirer pendant tout le séjour. J’ai passé 5 nuits à être malade, ce qui est inacceptable.

De plus :
• La télévision est beaucoup trop petite.
• Le lit double est en réalité composé de deux matelas simples collés, ce qui crée une séparation au milieu, très gênante et inconfortable.

Un nettoyage sérieux et un meilleur équipement sont indispensables.

Cons:

I had a very disappointing experience with this residence and I feel other travelers should be warned.
First, the noise from the road at night is extremely loud and makes it difficult to sleep. The building is also very old, and no one mentions that you must carry your luggage up several stairs on your own which is exhausting and definitely not suitable for people with mobility issues.

What bothered me the most was the unexpected extra charge at checkout. I did not request any additional service, I didn’t even ask for new toilet paper (I bought my own). Yet they demanded 80 dirhams with no clear explanation. The staff member could not give a valid reason. This made me feel scammed, and the whole situation ruined the end of my trip.

As a woman traveling alone, I also felt vulnerable and discriminated against, as if I was an easy target for this kind of unjustified fee.
Overall, the lack of transparency, the hidden charges, and the unprofessional behavior make this place feel unsafe and unreliable.

I do not recommend this residence, and I hope Booking.com reviews these suspicious practices
