Pros:

Hotels looks like it is abandoned from the outside now. I had to call the hotel number to have someone come to the sited and turn the power on and let me in the room. Smells of mold and crawling with ants. AC works once you know how to turn it back on after a brown out. Restaurant on second floor abandoned. There is a local student hangout next door. The road to the property is rough, narrow and muddy.

Convenient, with a sari-sari store next door. Quiet yet close to Town.
Pros:

Our Host was very accommodating. He Also made us aware of the attractions in the area and how best to maximize our time. We will be back in the future.

Overall it was a good stay.
Pros:

We wanted to break our long drive and despite being out of the way, we decided to stay in this place because they are pet friendly. We liked our ground floor unit because we can park right outside it. We also liked that the owners accommodated our food requests - serving our free breakfast at dinner and preparing burgers at 5am!

Cons:

The burgers we ordered were hard as stone. :( The burgers were nicely packed and the patties taste good (we had to just eat the patties sadly).
