The breakfast was very disappointing, not enough choice, no different types of eggs to choose from, only cold fried eggs, and the food was not hot enough.
The location is very close to the lake! Close to many restaurants too. And the place was big and very comfortable! The bed and the room were generally clean. The breakfast was amazing! It was pretty safe! Highly recommend! The wifi was also fast and stable!
The bathroom could have been cleaner. The drain, the sink, the spider webs could be cleaner. There were some small bugs coming in from leaving the lights on at night.
My second time staying! It was close to my exam venue (Greater Good Education), within 15 mins or so walking distance but it was hot so I booked a grab ride and it was only 3-5 minutes ride. Great location. It was comfortable. Good and stable wifi. Opposite to the lake.
The bathroom and the tiny bugs coming for the lights could have been cleaner and managed better. The sink area shouldn’t have too many spider webs. Everything else was clean though.
I chose the hotel for its location on the Bueng Kaen Nakhon Reservoir (the lake in the middle of town) and because I didn't know the neighborhood. If you are a jogger or runner, this location will be great for you, because there's a track around the entire lake. For me, the location was not that interesting.
The lobby is cute (hearts; bears). The rooms are biggish, a bit dark, but meet the baseline: Good aircon, hot water, good mattress, fridge, WiFi, desk, plugs (could be more). There's a light in the clothes closet (!!).
There is a very new and very trendy cafe ("Source") almost next door (seems to be Instagram-friendly, but good coffee, comfortable chairs, plugs).
For a family, the size of the room would be great. For me, I felt like I had to walk a mile to turn off the light. Also, I thought maybe I'd get a view of the lake from my room. But I didn't ask, so that's really not the hotel's problem!

The room was ok for the price
We booked and paid two nights but stayed only one night, because the hotel corridors are very bad with strong echoes, you can hear every step from outside. In addition to that our neighbor room group of people were very noisy all night long until the morning - so we could not sleep at all. So we decided to leave after one night. Terrible experience. I complained to the reception in the morning. They just said Sorry. Otherwise the hotel is quite ok.
Great hotel right at the lake. We loved our room. It was beautifully furnished, spacious and very clean. Very friendly, English speaking staff.
