Un très bon choix pour le design et le côté décalé, mais service à revoir.
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est très bien et les chambres sont fun, esthétiques et confortables. Le design est réussi et le cadre global est agréable. Bcp de soin apporté au design, au mobilier, aux oeuvres d'art dans les jardins. L’établissement affiche un positionnement haut de gamme séduisant.

Cons:

Premier point : Nous avions demandé dès la réservation deux chambres mitoyennes ou immédiatement adjacentes car nous voyagions avec nos deux enfants. Cette demande n’a pas été respectée et les chambres étaient éloignées ce qui a généré de l’inquiétude pour nos filles qui ont mal dormi.

Deuxième point : La climatisation de notre chambre ne fonctionnait pas correctement : malgré un réglage à 23°C, la température redescendait automatiquement à 20°C, nous obligeant à nous lever plusieurs fois dans la nuit. le problème a été résolu le lendemain quand nous sommes descendus les informer de ce problème.

Troisième point : Arrivés tardivement en raison d’un vol retardé (l’hôtel avait été informé mais n'a pas lu le message), aucune solution de restauration ne nous a été proposée, si ce n’est de marcher une quinzaine de minutes pour trouver à manger. le service de room service ne fonctionne que jusqu'à 22h30....

Enfin, lors du check-in, l’échange entre membres du personnel concernant notre demande de chambres adjacentes était peu approprié au regard du standing affiché. un salarié voulait tenter de trouver une solution, mais a été repris un peu abruptement par son responsable.

Dans l’ensemble, le niveau de service ne correspond pas à celui attendu pour un établissement de cette catégorie.

Very good price and value ( particularly if avoided Fri and Sat)
Pros:

Location near to Orchard Rd so great for shopping.
New and shiny addition to the Singapore Hotel scene. Very good restaurant , different and interesting options.

Cons:

Felt the room was smaller than we expected (compared to the Standard in Bangkok) . Also the bar scene was non existent

Lovely hotel to base at during your stay in Singapore
Pros:

Really loved this hotel. The rooms are lovely, beds very comfortable, amenities are perfect.
Location also great very close to Orchard Road. Was one of the better value hotels on Booking.com.

Quiet comfortable hotel with pool.
Pros:

Quiet room, comfortable bed, friendly helpful staff. Lovely pool - although it would been perfect without the piped music.

Cons:

Location - dependent on shuttle which limited activities. No means of opening window in room. Taxi was booked for me that overcharged. A smile and greeting from the shuttle drivers would have been welcome.

Nice place and in a good location near Orchard Road.
Pros:

It was in a good location and had nice outdoor space.

Cons:

The music by the pool was too loud. The room lacked any proper storage for cloths.

Pros:
