I overally enjoyed my stay there
Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja zaraz przy Taksim Square, ładne, czyste pokoje, codzienne sprzątanie, dokładanie wody, herbaty, kawy itp.

Cons:

Kiepski widok z okna, kręte, wąskie schody, winda nie dojeżdża na najwyższe piętra, nie można spuszczać papieru toaletowego w sedesie, tylko wyrzucać go do kosza obok (choć to dość powszechne w całym mieście)

Pros:

Izuzetno dobra lokacija, osoblje veoma ljubazno. Sve je bilo pedantno i cisto, higijena na visokom nivou. Znam u buduce gde cu da boravim u Istanbulu...

Great stay but...
Pros:

Spacious room, clean and warm! Centrally located!

Cons:

Family room was at the back of reception desk or basement! We refused to stay there and we were instead given a double room on the 3rd floor. Stuff was as most people in Turkey " I don't know"☹️. Not impolite ,just not helpful.
