Pros:

A nice comfortable bed

Cons:

The shared facilities. However, I usually go to Motels and it was an experience I'm not used to.

Cons:

No private bathroom and we were so close to the kitchen while someone was cooking something really stinky that it came into our room all night!

Reception was really friend and helpful.

Cons:

I stayed over in Room 29, and (in my honest opinion) the mattress needs replacing. I would have been able to stay over for another night, cause my back was killing me the following morning.

Nice surprise for one night stay
Pros:

Liked the price for the one night stay. Pretty clean for what the price is. Nice to have the bar and restaurant downstairs so when we checked in we didn't have to go far for dinner.

Cons:

The shared bathroom was not something we liked. However the fact it was pretty clean and tidy was a positive.

Great location, friendly staff. Soft mattress.
Pros:

Great location - walking distance to restaurants and town centre, friendly and very helpful staff.

Cons:

Bed was far too soft. The wife and I however hard we tried ended up in the middle of the bed, waking up each other.
