Great stay and relaxation
Pros:

I loved staying there. The cottage was cozy. I liked the little balcony and the decoration. The resort was calm and relaxed and very green, in nature. The bed is very comfortable. I enjoyed staying there. It gave me a chill, homy vibe and I had a place to relax. Price-Value is perfect. Staff is very friendly.

Cons:

I had a great stay. But depending on the neighbours it might be noisy. I heard the neighbours upstairs walking in the room at 1 AM. Accept of this experince, I had mindful, respectful neighours.
You might improve the linen and change it to a cooling fabric like satin or microfiber betting.

Exceptional to my standards
Pros:

Very kind and friendly woman at the reception Far absolute diamond. I would definitely come back and stay there in the future they made me feel very welcome.

Cons:

The service was 10 out of 10 no issues have travelled from the UK Scotland

Wonderful.
Pros:

Really quiet and cost-friendly. The receptionist was very considerate and tolerable for allowing us to put our backpacks and confectioneries while we were going out to buy more souvenirs.

Персонал очень вежливый и внимательный, все наши просьбы были услышаны и сделаны. Спасибо большое!
Pros:

Зеленая территория, много растительности, утром приходят обезьянки. Номера с небольшой террасой, что очень удобно, можно посидеть и на улице и номере. В номерах чисто, полотенца выдают. Тут же можно недорого арендовать байк. Всё отлично!

Нам понравилось всё!

Struttura molto carina, immersa nella natura, con tanti animali (gatti, rane, pappagalli e se si é fortunati anche scimmie). Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Buona posizione, separata dalla città (piu tranquilla) però raggiungibile facilmente con 10 minuti di camminata o in grab

Non c’era l’aria condizionata e faceva un pelo caldo, ma non é un grande problema. Risolvibile con un ventilatore. Mancava l’acqua calda ma con il caldo che faceva non si sentiva la mancanza

Wild and endearing nature stay
Pros:

Great helpful staff with a very tranquil and cute setting. Loved hearing the frogs croak at night and the monkeys scrambling in the morning.

Cons:

Get a room with an AC units. Stairs going upstairs may not be for everyone.

Only the approach of staff

Cons:

Such a terrible experience I had. The worst issue is no water supply in the toilet. All of a sudden water supply stopped. Even no water to flush out the toilet bowl. You can't do anything.
Even you can't sleep comfortably. Full of noises. Some wild animals roaming through the roof of the rooms by making very loud weird sounds through out the night. If you are looking for a peaceful stay, this place is not at all an option.
Check in time only, came to know no hot water supply in the shower, finally end up with no water at all.
The room bedding also poor quality, causing irritation to the skin
Had the worst stay ever

El sitio super acogedor y limpio. Muy bien ubicado y el personal malísimo, nos alquilaron ahí mismo la moto para recorrer la isla y todo genial.
