Pros:

The hotel is in a pretty, but very quiet, village. The rooms were OK, small, we had a seperate bathroom. There is a shop nearby which closes at 18:00. You will be able to buy most things here (dinner ingredients, drinks etc). Breakfast was good, fresh eggs, pastries, meats etc.

Cons:

The hotel is up a very steep climb - beware if you're cycling! We saw no one from the hotel until breakfast, when three members of staff arrived. Someone at check in would have been good. The cycle storage is not where suggested and it took half an hour of looking to find it. If the restaurant is closed, as it was for us, the hotel offers child size portions to heat in a mini oven at 25CHF each. Poor value. After a days cycling I could have eaten three! Luckily the shop was open and we managed to make dinner for ourselves (otherwise it's back down the hill to the station and a train to a nearby town).

Badkamer heel mooi en schoon, alleen apart op de gang.

Cons:

Klein slaapvertrek (grote bedstede), bed in de hoek van de kamer, lastig met instappen en weinig ruimte erom heen. Weinig kastruimte. Kleine keuze op de menukaart. ivm met het dorpsfeest was de keuken gesloten, dat had ik graag vooraf geweten.

J'ai adoré mon séjour dans ce charmant village du Haut-Valais. L'hôtel est très cosy et typiquement montagnard. Le système de self-service le jeudi (quand le restaurant ferme) est super pratique. De plus, ils ont été adorables en me préparant un petit-déjeuner à l'avance pour mon départ matinal. Une excellente adresse !

Cons:

Étant particulièrement sensible au bruit, j’ai été dérangée par le voisinage et des meubles tirés à passé minuit par un manque d’insonorisation des chambres. Seul bémol.

Le charme, La tranquillité, la propreté, le personnel sympathique et les produits de qualité, dont du bio, au petit-déjeuner

Cons:

La chambre trop petite pour 2 personnes, un des lits est adossé contre le mur, donc difficile pour se lever; la salle de bains ravissante, mais à l extérieur de la chambre. Prix de la chambre trop élevé pour toutes ces remarques.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön renoviert und eingerichtet. Es hat mir und meinem Freund sehr gefallen. Von unserem Zimmer und der Terrasse aus hatten wir einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf die Landschaft. Das Zimmer ist minimalistisch und ohne überflüssige Deko eingerichtet, was uns sehr entsprach.

Das heimelige Flair, die hochwertigen Ausbaumaterialien, hochwertige saisonale Biolebensmittel.

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes, sehr sauberes Zimmer. Und trotz des Ruhetages wurden wir sehr nett betreut und konnten sogar etwas essen, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Ende Mai war es sehr ruhig und erholsam. Danke!

Das Dorf und die Lage des Dorfhotels mitten im Dorf hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Man bekommt wirklich den Eindruck, Teil der Dorfgemeinschaft zu sein. Alle Mitarbeitenden sind sehr offen und freundlich und das Frühstück sehr fein. Unser Zimmer war zwar sehr klein, aber gemütlich und das separate Badezimmer (nur für uns) war auch tip top eingerichtet und alles sehr sauber.

Haben nichts zu bemängeln :-)
