Casa accogliente molto da migliorare
Pros:

La casa è molto carina e in una buona posizione (anche se un po’ difficile da raggiungere) con vista sul tramonto. L’appartamento ha una cucina ben attrezzata con tutto quello che serve per il soggiorno e due bagni completi. Anche il terrazzo molto carino.

Cons:

Alcune cose non hanno funzionato nel nostro soggiorno:
- il Wi-Fi non ha mai funzionato.
- quasi tutti gli asciugamani erano macchiati.
- la casa in generale non era molto pulita: c’era parecchia polvere e i divani dentro e fuori sono molto macchiati.Mi soffermo su questo per i 300$ pagati di pulizia della casa.
- ci hanno negato il check-in anticipato prima delle 16 pur non essendoci nessun ospite prima di noi.
- in generale il contatto di assistenza è stato poco reattivo e poco cortese.

Beautiful view exorbitant cleaning fee.
Pros:

The view is great and the apartment functional with mezzanine bedroom and sofa bed in living area if needed.

Cons:

Balcony was sand covered with pet hair over furniture so not clean in my definition despite the exorbitant cleaning fee associated with our three day booking. We wouldn’t have booked this place if we’d noticed this fee at booking time.


Flooring is compromised/damaged and is now dangerous so needs addressed.

Lovely place for our month long stay.
Pros:

The high ceilings were wonderful. The kitchen and bathrooms worked well. It was lovely to sit on the balcony for evening cocktails. Nicely decorated. Very livable. Loved spending days at the pool.

Cons:

The 2 umbrellas, 2 tables, and a couple of chaise lounges were broken and needed to be replaced. It made the beautiful pool area look shabby.

Pra se sentir em casa ! Muito confortável
Pros:

Anfitriã muito gentil e disponível, O sofá cama e a cama sao bem confortáveis, chuveiro bom, casa totalmente equipada com cadeiras de praia, coolers, qualquer coisa que imaginávamos e a anfitriã nos deixou bem a vontade para usa-las!
O wifi do apto é bem bom. Muito limpo.

Cons:

A localização apontada na booking nao é a real. Fica um pouquinho mais distante. De carro nao faz muita diferença mas no 1o dia passamos sufoco pra achar o apartamento porque o sinal de internet nos morros fica escasso.
Tem apenas um pequeno ar condicionado no quarto (que fica num mezanino todo aberto) então em alguns momentos ele nao foi suficiente… tem muitos ventiladores para compensar isso. Para dormir nao chegou a ser um problema. Apenas durante o dia.
Na hora de ir embora você precisa pegar todo seu lixo e colocar no seu carro e sair pela cidade em busca de uma lixeira publica para joga-lo. Somos de respeitar as culturas mas Ja viajei os 5 continentes e jamais tinha visto isso….

Nice enough
Pros:

Property is as pictured and located a short and easily navigable drive from Cruz Bay. The condo has some very nice amenities, soft towels, great sheets, very comfy bed, higher end furniture., and you are invited to enjoy the liquor stock if desired. Beach chairs, games, books, toys, snorkeling gear, and coolers are provided as well and much appreciated. We bring our own cooler and snorkeling gear, so we only used the beach chairs. The condo is privately owned in a residential area. The rental fee is very reasonable but the additional fees (cleaning) are in my opinion are excessive. A shared pool is onsite, but we never used it. There are two full baths.

Cons:

1). The balcony has no shade so enjoying it in the afternoon was difficult since the sun was too glaring. Some sun shades would really make the balcony more pleasant.
2). A $300 cleaning fee is charged yet you’re required to strip the bed and take your trash with you. I find it hard to justify that high fee based on the size of the condo itself and those requirements. I’m assuming the high fee may be used to generate more income that can be claimed as an expense.
3) a neighboring home sends their gray water down the hill, so we had to walk through it from the car to the condo daily.
4). AC unit is a small window unit in the upstairs bedroom. During our stay, it was adequate because January is a cooler month, but it may not be for hotter months. Lots of fans though to use- ceiling and floor.
5). We tried enjoying the patio when the sun was less intense, but the neighbors next door smoked pot often on their balcony-something to consider if you’re not a fan or traveling with children.

This is an absolutely beautiful space for both lazy relaxing and active exploring.
Pros:

This space was absolutely amazing with some of the most beautiful views. The road to get there is steep and windy so make sure to have a good vehicle. Spending time on the balcony with drinks and books during sunset and sunrise is an absolute must. Having a filtered water tap is so convenient so we did not have to worry about buying water at the store for our entire stay. Getting to anywhere on the island is no problem as long as your vehicle can handle the steep and sometimes very windy roads.

Cons:

We did have power go out at one point during our stay which caused some issues with water even after the power came back on. Someone was out and working on the issue before we even realized there was an issue. It was promptly fixed and working again within an hour.

I would stay here again because of its location, size and cleanliness.
Pros:

Roomy accommodations with very comfortable bed. I loved the balcony. Host was a great communicator and quick to respond with questions.

Cons:

The pool was a bit disappointing. It needs a little TLC. We did enjoy the view from the pool area.
