Courtyard and friendly bartender
Beetles and spiders and bed didn’t seem too clean. Also the laundry room was playing loud country music and it woke me up
Free breakfast was great and the convenience early morning was well suited.
Front desk was always understaffed which led to long lines reaching up to 8 people. Additionally several guests kept having issues with room keys being deactivated randomly.
Restaurants were good. Staff were very friendly.
The beds were dirty and covered in other people's hair, as were the towels; the bathroom drain was clogged; they gave me a different room than the one I paid for; and there was no shampoo or toiletries. They charged $130 for the night—this is a terrible hotel.
We checked in and a day later they had us listed as a no show. Wouldn't let us back into our room until we gave them another credit card. I stood in line over an hour to try and get this straightened out . Now we are being double charged .

I booked the room for my daughter and my grandson that live me with in Colorado. They have lived with me for a short time and still have a Wyoming ID with an address in Cheyenne Wyoming and the Red Lion refused to let them check in and I had prepaid on booking.com - I had to work with booking.com for two days to get a full refund and I aslo had to find them another place to stay in Cheyenn3 Wyoming

I did not personally stay there… but my daughter said they requested a room change twice for either dirty linen or something else wrong with the room, and were lucky to be accommodated.

The term "breakfast buffet is misleading. It wasn't much better than any low budget motels free breakfast.
Breakfast was decent and served hot items.
Several peoole were in a slow line around the 4 pm time waiting to check in. It rook a while.
There were stains on our bedding and towels. You could tell they remodeled it but it was done poorly. There were paint splatters on the flooring and brown marks on the door. Overall not clean either.
The air conditioning was too noisy.

Check in was very slow, took 30 mins to get checked in and lady on desk wasn’t too bothered.
