Its a budget rental fit for one person. If you are two people look for a bigger unit.
Pros:

Location was somewhat ok when the traffic is light, but not great at peak traffic.

Cons:

The room is smallish. The bathroom could be bigger for the size of the unit. The bed was quite small--- the ad says its for two people but actually is for one person only.

I liked the same thing that I liked before when I stayed two years ago. It is a nice building, with a good location.

Good for the money. Not much else
Pros:

Bed was very comfy

Cons:

* No luggage storage
* Bad location, nothing really walking distance, including Metro
* Found more than a few bugs crawling up my bathroom wall. Yuk.
* More Condo than Hotel. No maid service. No fresh towels. No vending machines with drinks. No luggage hold.

Pros:

one guy at the front desk, by the name of Dail is not cold and indifferent. He clearly showed his dislike for his job.

Worth my staycation with the property.
Pros:

The location is accessible with available public/private transportation. The unit south Tower was clean, we stay in Unit 27K, well maintain. Its a fully furnished unit with 2 TV set, with heater & blower. The kitchen was complete with kettle, microwave, rice cooker also plates,cups & utensils. You fell that you're in your homeplace. It has a fast internet, you can watch netflex, you tube & etc.We enjoy the city view along Roxas blvd. at night. As a whole our stay was worthy, for sure well be back for an event. I'll recommend it to my friends & relatives, 5 star. Thank you to the owner for assisting us in chk in & out, so gratefull.

24 hours front desk check in not ready until 2pm . the property owner should have the key ready for guest as long as they have proper ID at anytime to check in.
