Nothing - these fraudsters don't deserve to be.
Payed and stayed in the hotel. And they claim that we didn't stay. Such a fraud property listed by the booking.com.

Could be more clean and the way to the reception is through underground.
Staff was somewhat good and checkin is seamless.
Room and beds are not clean and decent. Beds and bed sheets need to be changed. There is water service availability at night even though they have taken the service charges from me

Horrible smoking smell, dirty bed sheets, mattress is very painful with springs.
When mentioned about the dirty bedsheets they sent a staff with another bedsheet & he just handed it to me. I had to put this sheet over the existing one myself.

It would be better, if you maintain the hygiene . Sound/noise disturbance, mosquitos and bugs in the room, have a foul smell in the room, services are pathetic.

AC remote not working and Television not working.
Location of property is very good. Dedicated parking space is available for bikes and cars. There's a very good Udupi restaurant in the same building.
No room service was done is any day. Room was little cramped but expected for the price. Reception is hidden away in the end of underground parking. From the outside it's hard to know which way to go to check in.
