間違いなくお客様ファーストではないですね。

Cons:

駐車場をわざわざ高くて遠い自社提携駐車場へ誘導し近くて安い他社駐車場を案内しないという対応がありました。
ちなみに同僚がその駐車場に停めましたし、まだまだ空いてましたから満車ということはありませんでした。
雨の中歩かされ最悪でした。
