The way of greetings from the Stafff, the staff is really very, very genuine and respectful.
We spent three nights at Neemrana Threewaters at the end of April, and overall had a wonderful experience. The property and rooms are beautifully designed, with stunning views over the two rivers flowing into the sea in the distance—especially breathtaking at sunrise.
What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the staff. Everyone was warm and attentive, and their hospitality added a personal touch that we really appreciated.
The location is peaceful, lush, and green, and the hotel blends nicely into the surrounding village, creating a serene atmosphere.
We would recommend booking a scooter in advance, as beaches and other attractions are not easily accessible on foot or by bicycle.

De kamer is ontzettend groot, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien.
De staf doet er alles aan om het naar je zin te maken en zijn ontzettend behulpzaam en aardig.
Er werd zelfs een speciaal gerecht voor ons gekookt op onze laatste avond!
Omdat we vogelaars zijn hebben ze bakjes water op de muurtjes bij het zwembad gezet voor de vogels om in te badderen. Er zitten trouwens heel veel mooie vogels en zelfs een nest van de Indische grijze neushoornvogel. Ook vliegen de ijsvogels langs als je zit te ontbijten. De plek is prachtig, heel rustig! Het lijkt alsof je middenin de natuur zit. En ik heb nog nooit zo’n schoon hotel meegemaakt! De staf bestaat uit hard werkende mensen met hart voor de zaak en de gasten!

Wonderfully situated on the banks of the river, the Neemranas offers a very luxurious stay. The staff are all exemplary and will happily attend to your every wish.
They hotel offers an all-day menu and every meal we tried was cooked to perfection.
The perfect place to unwind and relax.The pool is overlooked by the tropical jungle at the rear and you can sit back and listen to soothing bird song.

Super schönes Hotel mit nettem Personal und gutem Essen :)
Lage ist etwas ungünstig. Man ist angewiesen auf Fahrer, was grundsätzlich kein Problem wäre, aber in Goa gibt es kein Uber oder sonstige zuverlässige Taxi Apps.
The location of Neemrana Three Waters is special. It is far away from Goa's crowds. The drawback is that the beaches are a bit far away. Still, an excellent property.
The view from the property is lovely and the room was comfortable - staff were friendly
Breakfast was poor particularly lack of fresh fruit and the menu generally was limited.given there is nowhere else close to eat
There were many activities referred to in the hotel website but no information was offered within the hotel about what we could find to do in the area or as to how to access these activities . Overall we felt this hotel fell a long way short of the others we have stayed at in the Neemrana group
Hubasus
An oasis of calm in Goa, set in a quiet village. The only other tourists you ll see are the ones passing through on motorcycles. The mansion is really wonderfull and staf is very helpfull. You get a 5 star treatment. Rooms are nicely decorated. The pool just the right size. And the kitchen serves excellent food.
Go there to relax, it’s not your typical Goan beach town. You can do some walking, or even use the bycicles. There is a gorgeous sunset point nearbye where only locals go, but is a 30 minute walk uphill on a very busy road.
The staff were extremely helpful. If I could rate them higher than 5 stars I would .
The location is lovely as is the structure that reflects Goan heritage
The room was cleaned with chemicals that were overpowering strong. Too many air fresheners in the room. The doors leading to the balconey needs a mosquito mesh so that they can be kept open as ventilation is super if left open.
