The receptionists were a disappointment
Pros:

The location is convenient. Making the CBD easily accessible. Access to the top floors was enabled by a functional lift. There chefs prepared top notch meals. i liked their food.

Cons:

The receptionists were rude and totally void of hospitality. I did not feel welcomed and decided to shorten my stay. My presence to them felt like a chore and it felt like they really did not enjoy their work.

Great experience
Pros:

The staff are very polite and the rooms are well cleaned on a daily basis.

Cons:

I didn't get complimentary breakfast with my booking, I guess it was a mistake on my part for failing to indicate it in my booking.
