Fantastic location and service
Pros:

Absolutely fabulous spot. Location is spectacular- close to lots of great spots and subway. Service was very thoughtful. Definitely do the onsen two days in a row to experience both sides. Room (711) was very quiet (but not a great view) Also check out the rooftop bar open only to hotel guests.

Cons:

Would be great if they had more coin laundering machines downstairs and they were on an app, so folks moved their laundry more quickly.

Nice hotel but very small rooms
Pros:

Location is amazing. They have nice rooftop bar with a great view on Kyoto and they also gave us 3 free drinks per person. Hotel has a nice onsen.

Cons:

We booked a bigger room but it was still very small due to a layout of the room or they advertised square meters wrongly. It was uncomfortable to manage all luggage in the room.

Super Hotel mit guter Lage
Pros:

Dachterrasse und Onsen waren phänomenal.

Cons:

Zimmer sehr sehr klein für den Preis, ich habe noch nie mehr für einen Quadratmeter ausgegeben.

Une bonne adresse pour découvrir Kyoto
Pros:

Hôtel bien placé a quelques pas de rues très commerçantes , de plusieurs sites touristiques et du quartier Gion.
Les onsens sont superbes et depuis l’un des deux on a une belle vue sur la ville .Tres beaux kimonos
Très belle terrasse pour prendre le petit déjeuner ou boire un verre le soir avec les pieds dans l’eau

Cons:

Chambre bien équipée mais très petite et pratiquement borgne ( la fenêtre donne à peine à 1 mètre sur le mur d’en face

Excellent hotel, wonderful staff and a perfect location for exploring Kyoto. Would definitely stay again!
Pros:

Fantastic hotel in an excellent location. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the facilities were excellent. Everything was spotless and well maintained. The rooftop terrace was a lovely bonus.

Cons:

Nothing at all. We were very happy with everything.

Superbes Onsen, Rooftop et localisation
Pros:

Nous avons apprécié la localisation de l'hotel, à proximité des commerces et des transports mais également à proximité de nombreux bars et restaurants.
Nous avons également aimé l'aspect traditionnel Japonais de l'hotel avec un Onsen très agréable, propre et une décoration des chambres adéquate.
Le personnel est irréprochable.
La machine à café et le distributeur de soda mis à disposition sont également un atout.
Enfin le rooftop est un vrai avantage avec une belle vue sur la ville et la possibilité d'y prendre son petit déjeuner ou un verre le soir.

Cons:

La chambre était tout de même un peu petite avec des difficultés pour y étaler nos valises bien que cela ne soit pas un problème majeur.
De plus le petit déjeuner est un peu décevant. L'intention de proposer des petits déjeuners traditionnels japonais est bonne.
Mais le choix est cependant trop restreint : on le retrouve un jour sur deux en alternance avec un petit déjeuner occidental.
De plus ils sont servis dans des box froides, déjà préparés.
Cela est un peu répétitif et pas forcément des plus réconfortant pour débuter sa journée.
