Pros:

Le personnel était très accueillants, serviables et souriants notamment les réceptionnistes khawla et Hajjar, aussi Omar le serveur et tout le personnel de l'hôtel.

Cons:

La machine à café avec plusieurs options est changée par du café du thermos cheap !!!

I would go back
Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were very professional, and the hotel was clean and well maintained.

the reception staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always helpful throughout my stay.

I especially enjoyed the sea-facing room, which was calm and peaceful.

Excellent séjour ! Un grand merci à toute l’équipe, et particulièrement aux réceptionnistes qui ont été très accueillantes, gentilles et professionnelles tout au long de mon séjour. J’ai particulièrement apprécié leur flexibilité : elles m’ont permis de bénéficier d’un late check-out jusqu’à 18h, ce qui m’a énormément facilité la journée. Un vrai sens du service et de l’hospitalité. Je recommande vivement cet établissement et je reviendrai avec plaisir !

A very comfortable and pleasant stay with great service and helpful staff.
Pros:

I stayed here for a business trip and had a very comfortable experience. The location is very good, and the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. Electricity, water and all necessary facilities are always available. I felt very comfortable during my stay.

Cons:

Nothing in particular. Everything was good during my stay.

J’ai beaucoup apprécié l’accueil du personnel ainsi que leur disponibilité et leur serviabilité.
Un grand merci à Saliha et Haroun pour leur aide, leur gentillesse et leur attention.

2 lits simples au lieu d'un lit double.

Pros:

L'hôtel est situé proche de la Plage, idéal pour pratiquer le Surf.
La chambre est confortable et propre.
Le petit déjeuner est complet et varié.
Le personnel facilite au maximum notre voyage.
Nous avons passées un Excellent Séjour au sein de cet établissement !

Pros:

Sniadanie odbiega od standardu europejskiego, ale to zrozumiałe. Mimo wszystko można było zjeść omlet z serem. Oferowano również jogurt, dużo przekąsek słodkich. Hotel , pokoje oferuje standard europejski, dobre wyposażenie pokoi, jest również lodówka, sejf. Łożka wygodne, dobra klimatyzacja i wi-fi. Personel w restauracji , tutaj podziekowania dla Pana Omara za pracę i serwis. Dziekuje też wszystkim Paniom z recepcji, które zawsze były pomocne i usmiechniete, Dawały praktyczne rady codziennie. Pokoje bardzo czyste , dziękuję zespołowi.

Cons:

Z pewnością poprawiłbym nieco ofertę sniadaniową , dodałbym świeże owoce, pomidory. Fajnie też gdyby można byłoby zrobić musli orzechowe z jogurtem. Myślę że butelka wody codziennie powinna być w cenie pokoju. Dystans do najbliżeszego sklepiku to przejazd około 6 minut taksówką, w poblizu hotelu nie ma nic.

Relaxing days!
Pros:

Muy buen trato desde el primer momento que entre en el hotel,sobre todo de Siham, gracias por todo. El restaurante buena comida y desayuno también. Todo muy bien, la cama cómoda y habitación amplia.

Cons:

La ubicación por decir algo, que no estuviera más céntrico.
