I have stayed there for 4 nights
Pros:

The hotel is so beautiful and cozy! I think this place has a special spirit. The staff are polite and helpful. Raisa, I hope I spell her name correctly, is like an angel! She did everything to make me feel so good and it was a great pleasure to stay at this hotel. I hope to come back to this place again! Highly recommend!

Durmiendo en casa de mi tía

Es como estar en casa de un familiar , la señora Mayra es quien te recibe, explica todo , nos dejó bañarnos en la piscina a las 11 de la noche ( sin ruido ) y hasta nos hizo el desayuno y eso que nos íbamos a las 7:30 de la mañana y a esa hora exacta estaba todo encima de la mesa . Una guerrera de las personas que quedan pocas , hasta le hicimos un regalo que trajimos de España

Pros:

Posizione, la Signora Raysa e il suo marito super gentili e disponibili. Il posto molto tranquillo. La colazione super variata e molto buona. Piscina molto pulita e abbastanza grande da stare in famiglia tranquilli. In generale c'è tutto quello che si ha bisogno abbiamo anche cucinato. Ci siamo sentiti molto al nostro agio.

Cons:

L'umidità all'interno delle stanze ma non è colpa loro ma del clima tropicale, ma con l'aria condizionata si sistema per dormire.

Pros:

It was just myself and my 13 year old daughter so feeling safe was a really important detail. I wasn't sure at first as the outside of the property and the direct location was a bit questionable, but once inside the gate we felt very safe and secure.
Our patio was wonderful, the pool was very nice and the breakfast was delicious.
And the staff are all so friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

Our room was very small with only bunk beds to sleep in and watch TV from. But I am sure if I asked we would have been given a larger space as I think all of the other rooms were bigger. I didn't ask though, as I was giving my daughter a lesson in simple living.

Pros:

Breakfast was pretty good. Coffee is excellent

Cons:

I had problems finding the property. After making the reservation, I copied and pasted the address from booking.com.
This link led me to the wrong address- Sight view point in the mountains, out of the city. I had to contact the staff to give me the right location and directions.
