Eccellente ed ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ci tornerò sicuramente.
Pros:

Un posto in cui soggiornare, veramente ben realizzato e strategico. Da subito risulta ordinato, pulito, minimale ed essenziale ma con tutto quello che serve, ottimo il posto auto al costo di 3 euro al giorno. Tanto silenzio in quanto è uno studentato, ma comunque utilizzato da normali turisti di passaggio a Bologna. Eccellente il rapporto qualità prezzo. Certo, non bisogna pretendere il servizio da Hotel, ero con la mia compagna ed abbiamo dormito in letti divisi, ma non è di certo un dramma. Gentilissima la ragazza alla reception. Ottimo il check in online per velocizzare le procedura all'arrivo. Di posti come questi riempirei l'Italia sempre più cara a livello alberghiero. PS: Nella nostra stanza non c'era un climatizzatore ma c'era il ventilatore a parete, è bene saperlo se si viaggia nei mesi più caldi. Ma non lo considero un difetto.

Alla reception c’era un cartello con scritto “torno subito”, quindi abbiamo dovuto aspettare. Via e-mail e via telefono abbiamo ricevuto solo risposte fredde e distaccate. Mancava un doccia-schiuma per lavarsi. Stanza dozzinale. In fase di prenotazione non era stato specificato che il parcheggio fosse a pagamento, lo abbiamo scoperto dopo aver prenotato. Non accettano contanti, questo aspetto non era specificato ne’ nel l’annuncio, ne’ sulla conferma di prenotazione.

Администрация быстро выходит на связь, если что-то не так. Неплохое геопозиция отеля. Номера аскетичные.

Cons:

На момент моего вселения в оплате отеля была пометка «включены все сборы и налоги», но при прибытию надо было оплатить городской налог (как правило в других отелях на букинге также есть пометка о таких платежах и их размере).

Может так мы попали, но нас номер не убирали за все 4 дня.

Здесь нет опции, что при заказе номера ты точно будешь в этом же номере - поэтому визуально комнаты могут отличаться.

Überraschend schönes, altes, aber modern umfunktioniertes Klostergebäude
Pros:

Nette Atmosphäre mit den Studenten, die im gleichen Gebäude leben, ruhige Gegend, haben uns sicher gefühlt, man ist schnell im Zentrum der Stadt, wenn man unter den überdachten Gängen läuft. Die Fenster haben ein Fliegengitter. Man kann den Kühlschrank der Gemeinschaftsküche nutzen. Das Zimmer ist einfach, aber sehr schön und sauber.

Pokój czysty, cicha lokalizacja kawałek od centrum. Winda w budynku i automaty z kawą i słodyczami. Całkiem wygodne łóżka i miła obsługa.

Cons:

Utrudniony kontakt z recepcją pomimo wysyłania wiadomości na booking. Zasłona w łazience również mogłaby zostać zamieniona na coś bardziej praktycznego.

Nonostante la gentilezza dello staff, dubito tornerò

Il personale è stato molto gentile. Il ragazzo mi ha sempre trattato con grande rispetto e cortesia. Avevo preventivamente richiesto di fare il check-in a un orario diverso e si è mostrato disponibile ad assistermi, successivamente sono riuscito a rispettare l'orario di check-in della struttura ed è stato subito pronto ad accogliermi.
La stanza era abbastanza pulita.

Cons:

Purtroppo quando sono arrivato l'ascensore era fuori uso e salire al terzo piano non è molto ideale. Il problema più grande si è presentato quando sono andato a dormire e ho scoperto che il ventilatore non funzionava. Purtroppo a quell'ora non c'era nessuno a cui chiedere assistenza. Questo mi ha costretto ad aprire la finestra ed essere svegliato da gente che suonava la chitarra all'1.30 di notte, oltre alle varie ambulanze che passavano.
