Eles aceitam sua estadia , enviam link para chek in e te dão todos acessos normalmente! Minha amiga que também pegou um quarto no mesmo prédio esperou por uma hora no meu quarto.. para o dela ser liberado! Eles simplesmente cancelaram minha estadia e me colocaram pra fora, sem meu reembolso total. Cuidado a todos que forem ficar nesse local! Eles cancelam sem motivos e não te devolvem nenhum euro de volta. E à booking não faz nada quanto a isso! Minha reserva era de
7 dias e me botaram pra fora no segundo dia, perdi 600 euros. GOLPE

Pros:

El apartamento es amplio y tiene todo lo imprescindible . Esta muy bien insonorizado lo que se agradece ya que la calle es muy ruidosa.A diez minutos del centro andando.

整體來說很推薦，特別是地點與生活機能非常好。
Pros:

該有的設備都有，位置非常好，不論是餐廳、採買、一日遊、交通或是卡爾廣場等觀光景點都很近很方便，基本的廚具也都齊全，還可以洗衣服。

Cons:

與隔壁大樓太近，對方可以直接看到內部。以及電梯沒有關門鍵。房內沒有晾衣服的架子，但是晾在洗衣房又不太放心。地下室沒有任何信號。浴室蓮蓬頭可能會滴水。

Gute Lage - Viertel nicht so toll.
Pros:

Sehr nahe zum Bahnhof. Nicht weit von der Altstadt.
Bequemes Doppelbett. Grosses Badezimmer. Schöne Grösse.

Cons:

In diesem Viertel spricht keiner Deutsch. Ähneld eher einem Klein-Istanbul. Charakter eines Bahnhofsvietels mit allem, Rotlicht, Spielhallen, Goldläden usw..
Schlafsofa sehr hart, auch für Kinder.
Ich bevorzuge zwei einzelne Decken auf dem Doppelbett.
Badezimmerventilator läuft dauerhaft.

Perfecta Estancia
Pros:

Muy limpio y cómodo el alojamiento, con todo lo necesario para una estadía de algunos días. Muy buena ubicación, cerc de la estacón de tren y del casco histórico. También con supermercado a pocos metros. Muy recomendable.

Ambiente no seguro y no la mejor zona pero la habitación excelente
Pros:

La habitación súper completa , muy moderna, bien equipada para estar varios días y poder cocinarte. Hay acceso super fácil a lavandería y a insumos adicionales para tu estadía

Cons:

La ubicación si bien está cerca del casco histórico no fue la más linda ni la más segura , no nos daba tranquilidad salir de noche y en el resto de las habitaciónes de alrededor había movimietos de entrada y salida a toda hora
