It's very clean , modern , spacious , kitchenette have all that you need . At night , if you go outside it is a little scary , but as long as you just go your way it is ok . The key code locks are the best . You feel safe when you are inside the first door going on .

Lovely spacious room with all the necessities needed including kitchenette, dining table, hair dryer etc . Air conditioning worked well. Fitted our family of four very comfortably. Digital check in was great.
The location was a bit sketchy. Conveniently located to the station but a little walk into the centre of town. With young kids we did feel the need to walk quickly and closely around the immediate hotel area.
An excellent place very close to the train station and city attractions; it is very convenient that everything is electronic, and it is very clean.

Experiência não foi boa, o bairro é muito perigoso.
Apesar de ser um quarto novo, limpo e confortável, a localização é péssima e o bairro é muito perigoso. Tive péssimas experiências durante a minha estadia em relação à segurança. Por ficar na região "central", perto da estação central de trem/metro, o bairro é cheio de moradores de rua e usuários de drogas. Em uma das noites em que estive hospedada, quando retornava ao prédio/apartamento, haviam 4 moradores de rua bem em frente à porta de entrada, provavelmente para tentar ver as senhas de acesso ao edifício. Tive que ficar andando por mais de 30 minutos para eles saírem da frente da porta para eu conseguir entrar.

The property was in a good location and only a short walk from Hauptbahnhof. The property was clean, very comfortable and perfect for a short visit to the city.
We were staying in room 201 and there was an intermittent banging/thudding noise from within the building, that started about 10.30pm and was on and off until around 3am, all three of the nights we were staying at Numa. Unsure if it was coming from a room above or below but I raised it with Numa customer services the first night and requested a change of room as I was kept awake due to the level of noise. They claimed their security was looking into it but I didn't hear of a result. I was told a room switch wasn't a possibility. The banging continued for the subsequent 2 nights and I was kept awake both nights. As a result, we wouldn't return to Numa which is real shame as the location is ideal, good vibes in the surrounding area with minimal noise from outside and good amenities within the property itself.

check in relies on getting codes which was overly complicated. this was very time consuming and stressful. it would have been nice to have had this in advance instead of having to down load an app and request codes.
The property was clean and about 10 minute walk from the main train station.
The location was not the best for us a lot of strip clubs and at night very noisy , which I was worried about when we first arrived and saw that they supplied earplugs
