The bed and the pillows were very comfy and room had aircon.

Lovely staffers, who organized tasty breaky.
The shower water has no pressure. You got to wait 2-3 min before the hot water kicks in. But then it will take another 2-3 mins to have it at the right mixed tempreature.
The room has a pungent smell when I walked in

I can't understand how this is a four star hotel. There was no ATM on sight as advertised and the hotel was in a remote position

Tv was not working.
Too pricey for alleged 3 - star hotel. No cleaning of the room. Breakfast included but no breakfast the day after since we did not pick up the phone, they called the phone of the room and we were outside. No refill of water nor towels.

The staff was okay, breakfast not bad not good. The room was okay, but toilet and shower together in a small room.
The help to find a laundry. They had no information about available laundries. The tuktuk drivers good not find the hotel!!! I need three from the railway station to find the hotel.
