Aero Hotel Tour Armenia

There is a lot I didn't like. The condition of the room, the behaviour of the ppl, the location. Room was very smelly of a toilet, with broken entrance door and curtains that cannot be closed. I got offered a transfer to the airport for 2500 amd, sayingthatno taxi stoppes at their place, but they called a taxi, the cheapest one(I could have done it myself honestly and for the Comfort+ option). There is a street construction going next to the hotel, but it still has a heavy traffic. So, dust, noise, breaking legs trying to climb the construction at the entrance. Staff: 1. They lied about the transfer. 2: there is no elevator and there is a construction outside, but nobody helped with bags (I had a small suitcase and a backpack, but normally people in armenia offer to help, like the taxi driver to this hotel)

Очень бы хотелось улучшить ванные комнаты.

Грязь, запах плесени и сырости, смеситель в ванне белый от налёта, забрызганое зеркало, волосы и мусор на полу, грязное одеяло не одетое в пододеяльник, у меня сложилось впечатление, что кроме заправленной кровати уборки там не было лет 10!

Сильно слышен шум от дороги. Сливная труба из раковины протекала.

Все плохо, начиная с чистоты в номере (грязь, паутина и т д) и заканчивая качеством кроватей. Неприятный, затхлый запах в номере, прокуренный. Гардины и шторы оборваны.

Не понравились строительные ночные работы с отбойниками и центральная трасса прямо под окнами. Спать не пришлосОстановка была вынужденя в связи с переносом рейса. Выбирали отель ближе к аэропорту.

Leider ist vorm Hotel ein Straßenbaustelle! Da durch kam der Staub sofort rein wenn man Fenster mal auf machen wollte ! Dafür kann das Hotel ja nix
