Qualche arredo forse un pochino vecchio. Nota negativa il fatto di dover pagare il trasporto per l'aeroporto (5000 dram andata e ritorno, quindi comunque non troppo) nonostante fosse segnato come gratuito tra i servizi offerti

В номере не было даже питьевой воды, не говоря уже обо всём другом, заявленном в перечне услуг и удобств (ни чайника, ни холодильника, ни стаканов), под краном умывальника невозможно было умыться, так как текла только горячая вода (практически кипяток). Очень расстроены, что у нас был такой номер. 😟😟😟😟

В номере было очень шумно, из-за проезжей дороги на которой велись ремонтные работы.

Una volta arrivati in struttura, però, abbiamo trovato diverse brutte sorprese. Ci è stato detto che la navetta aeroportuale gratuita valeva solo dall’aeroporto all’hotel, mentre per tornare in aeroporto il mattino seguente bisognava pagare un extra di 2.000 AMD. Abbiamo pagato, ma poi abbiamo scoperto che era stato chiamato un taxi pagato 1.300 AMD: di fatto, ci è sembrato che sia stato applicato un sovrapprezzo non dichiarato di 700 AMD. A saperlo prima, avremmo chiamato direttamente noi un taxi.
Inoltre, ci è stato detto che la colazione era inclusa solo per una persona, nonostante la camera fosse matrimoniale, e ci è stato chiesto un supplemento di 3.000 AMD per la seconda colazione. Anche in camera era presente un solo set di asciugamani per una persona.
Un episodio molto spiacevole riguarda le bottiglie d’acqua offerte: una delle due era già aperta e, quando mia moglie ha bevuto il primo sorso, le ha bruciato la gola perché all’interno sembrava esserci alcol ad alta gradazione. Questo è stato davvero inaccettabile.
La camera aveva diversi problemi: il materasso era molto rigido e scomodo, la doccia era sporca sia sul pavimento sia sulle piastrelle, dove abbiamo trovato anche residui lasciati da ospiti precedenti. La TV era stata rimossa e in camera era rimasta solo la staffa. Le pareti non sono insonorizzate, si sente tutto, e le finestre non hanno doppi vetri, quindi durante la notte si sentono continuamente le auto passare sulla strada. Nonostante ci fosse spazio, mancavano anche una sedia e una scrivania.
In conclusione, il prezzo era interessante e il servizio di prelievo all’aeroporto è stato comodo, ma tra supplementi non chiari, problemi di pulizia, scarsa insonorizzazione e l’episodio gravissimo della bottiglia già aperta, non posso dare una valutazione positiva.

Грязь, запах сигарет и прокуренные комнаты, не работающая ванна, все обшарпанное и старое. Очень шумно с улицы, слышно как едут авто по трассе, нет шумоизоляции. Выспаться было невозможно. На 1 ночь на пересадке, если закрыть на все глаза, не принимать душ, не кушать, не спать, сойдет. А цена очень завышена.

Les instal.lacions són velles i no és confortable. La neteja era deficient.

Очень бы хотелось улучшить ванные комнаты.

There is a lot I didn't like. The condition of the room, the behaviour of the ppl, the location. Room was very smelly of a toilet, with broken entrance door and curtains that cannot be closed. I got offered a transfer to the airport for 2500 amd, sayingthatno taxi stoppes at their place, but they called a taxi, the cheapest one(I could have done it myself honestly and for the Comfort+ option). There is a street construction going next to the hotel, but it still has a heavy traffic. So, dust, noise, breaking legs trying to climb the construction at the entrance. Staff: 1. They lied about the transfer. 2: there is no elevator and there is a construction outside, but nobody helped with bags (I had a small suitcase and a backpack, but normally people in armenia offer to help, like the taxi driver to this hotel)
