Pros:

Costomer service was really good,

Cons:

The room was too small and congested,The room wasn't very clean, and the AC didn't work properly. I also didn't get the facilities that were promised in the description. My room (Room 300) was located right next to the stairs, which made it very noisy and uncomfortable.
