Great location, comfort and staff.
Pros:

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The woman behind reception was exceptional - greeted us every time we went in and out and sorted anything we asked out.

Cons:

Tiny suggestion- Would prefer tea and coffee to be served by the waiters so they are piping hot and full of flavour. The machine was just ok.

Fantastic hotel in a great location!
Pros:

- Excellent location
- Wonderful building
- Very comfortable room with original features
- Friendly and attentive team

Cons:

- Coffee machine in the room is quite complicated and no milk. But milk was provided when requested at reception
