Location - the road going to the actual place is narrow
Beach area - plenty of dogs and poops; boats are everywhere; we were not able to use the beach since owner informed us there are jellyfishes that day contrary to what locals in the area said.
Room - no exhaust fan in the bathroom; My son got insect bites in his arms
Time - i booked 23 hrs and we arrived 11:30am. The next day the staff asked us to immediately vacate the area 7:30am. Definitely will not come back here.
The pool. It's saltwater. I know there's standard for pool maintenance.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Pros:

Karaoke system - good
Food in the nearby resort is good and reasonable for its price
Owner was kind enough to transfer the room in front of pool since we have 2 seniors and 2 PWD but this was stated in the request during the booking but we were given two rooms located at the back of resort.

I kinda expected it to be spacious and had a lot of facilities. The pool is the worst for me.
Pros:

Going there is kinda tricky because of small roads.

Cons:

The pool. It's saltwater. I know there's standard for pool maintenance.

1. Foul smell of CR at the second floor.

Great value for money
Pros:

My family did enjoyed the resort. It is 1 and half hours from the capital. The beach resort is in front of the sea. They have cottages in front as well. The rate is affordable. You can bring your own food and cook.
