Habitacions a prop de Kuala besut jetty
Pros:

La localització molt a prop del port per agafar les barques per anar a les illes. El personal.

Franchement un super petit hôtel qui paie pas de mine, mais pour un repos avant le départ sur les îles c’est super.

Pros:

El alojamiento quedaba muy cerca de las agencias de barcos que permitian llegar a las islas Perhentian. El chico que nos atendió fue muy agradable.

Cons:

Estuvimos en una habitación que la TV y el TDT tenian conector a la corriente europeo, pero todos los puntos de corriente eran con requerian el tipo de conector habitual del país. Es una cosa que no acabamos de entender.

Comfortable Stopover Before Perhentian Islands
Pros:

It is simple, clean and conveniently located for travellers who are heading to Perhentian via Besut Jetty! The staff was so helpful and kind as well. Room was comfortable and clean.

Cons:

Nothing, it was better than expected - very transparent about what they can / cannot offer.

Strategically located hotel close to the pier.
Pros:

1) Strategic location: The hotel’s location is very convenient. It is situated just behind the jetty for boats to the Perhentian Islands. The bus terminal is also within walking distance, about 750 meters away (around an 11-minute walk).

2) Exceptional hospitality: The staff, especially Zharfan, and the owner, Abe, were incredibly welcoming and friendly. They took the time to explain everything I needed to know about visiting the Perhentian Islands. When I arrived, Abe even mentioned that he could have picked me up from the bus terminal if I had let him know in advance. He also kindly asked whether I had already had lunch, which made me feel genuinely cared for.

3) Plenty of nearby amenities: There are many restaurants, convenience stores, and other shops within easy walking distance, making it very convenient to find food or anything you might need.

4) Comfortable and safe stay: I felt safe throughout my stay. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were supportive, and the bed linen was clean and fresh. The room was furnished with one double bed and one single bed, making it suitable for up to three guests.

Cons:

1) The bathroom was clean, but it was quite cramped considering the price I paid. I wish it had been a bit larger so I could place my toiletries more comfortably.

2) Check-in is quite late (3:00 PM), although I suppose that’s fairly standard in Malaysia.

3) Breakfast was not available, although Abe asked me this morning whether I had already had breakfast. As far as I know, the hotel does not provide breakfast.

Great comfortable, clean and modern room
Pros:

Perfect location before going to Perhentian islands, right by the pier. Very comfortable and clean stay with everything we needed and great air conditioning and very modern and new room. Lovely owner and recommend to all. Even had a fan and air conditioning!

Good location but not worth the price
Pros:

Easy check-in and check-out.
Very well located, less than 5 minutes walking distance to the jetty pier to Perhentian islands. Some eateries and shops around, including a 7eleven.

Cons:

The room and bathroom are very small. The room has 2 beds for 3 people but no space to actually move around 3 adults if the case.
Ants coming from the bathroom constantly.
The windows are there for nothing, all the noise coming in from outside easily, feels like they are wide open.
No breakfast or any snack included in this price..
