The location was good. Breakfast was very well assorted. I liked the bathroom. Comfortable bed. Nice lobby.
They put me in a Lilliputan room, the double bed occupied most of it. The only window led to the main hallway and the stairs. There was traffic up and down until 2AM, noisy people coming back from bars on those stairs, so I hardly slept. When I checked-in they told me the room had a minibar -- it didn't. Also, they left the room unclean for two days, telling me that they weren't able to find another key to enter and clean. What you see on the pictures is one of the few normal rooms they have. Since my joke of a room costed a lot, a normal one should cost like a five stars hotel accommodation. I would not recommend this hotel.

Rooms all look over an internal courtyard so noise can travel up, especially when other guests come back at night

Отличное месторасположение.Сказка! Невозможная красота старого города. Центр, станция метро и все туристические локации в двух минутах ходьбы. При этом очень тихо. Сам отель очень компактный и комфортный. Очень приятный интерьер в общих пространствах и номерах. Прекрасные люди в отеле - встретили, помогли припарковать машину на узкой улице, отогнав свою. Подробно отвечали на все вопросы в процессе проживания.
Номер стандарт достаточно просторный, есть все необходимое. Халат, тапочки, туалетные принадлежности, чайник. Чай, кофе, бутилированная вода ежедневно обновлялись. Удобная большая кровать. Завтраки были включены в проживание. Было очень вкусно и вполне достаточно.
Не сразу нашли отель. Название Manufactura в бронировании не было.
Не работала кофе-машина. Для меня это было критично.
Вид из окна на стену соседнего здания. Но это решалось шторами и компенсировалось прекрасными видами сразу при выходе из отеля))
Отличный отель, очень чисто, тепло, уютно и тихо. Персонал очень внимательный и доброжелательный. Завтраки вкусные. Всем остались довольный
Таксисты плохо знают этот адрес. При заказе лучше просить персонал о помощи, чтобы объяснили водителю, как проехать

It was a great location where you can reach every part of Tiblisi with great ease. Personnel was polite and helpful.
The exact location of the Hotel did not exist in Google Maps with its current name, so it took me some time to find the right location.
In a good location, the breakfast selection is good but the coffee machine wasn’t working which meant that I didn’t consume my normal amount of coffee.
The room did not have a window opening to the outside, the window that was there opened to the inner reception area in the hotel. That made it feel a bit suffocating as opening the window felt like sharing my privacy with the other residents.
Overall good hotel with nice staff. Great location and good breakfast. Great return for the money.
Shower/ restroom werent 100% clean and also had an issue with the rain shower head in the shower.
