Nice quiet place to stay. Really good, hospitable staff.

Cons:

Upset about restorant - all meat we ordered was terribly dry and tasteless.
Place is overpriced - 170 Euro for this is really too much.

Критичного ничего не было, не приятно тек унитаз, чинили долго и ничего не сделали. Не работала плита, но персонал взял на кухню нашу кастрюлю и сварили сами.

Breakfast was great. The staff was very friendly and considerate.

The location was OK. In general, Lake Sevan is a mishmash of nice properties and run down places. It was unclear where you could and could not walk along the beach.

Gut gelegenes Resort am Sewansee
Pros:

Das Garden Inn Resort Sevan liegt ein wenig versteckt und genau das ist zunächst sein großer Reiz. Keine zwei Minuten zu Fuß, und man steht staunend am wunderbaren Sewansee. Allein diese Lage ist eigentlich schon ein Versprechen.
Und tatsächlich: Die Anlage hat grundsätzlich alles, was eine perfekte Unterkunft ausmachen könnte. Viel Platz, Ruhe, Natur ringsum. Auch das Personal trägt seinen Teil dazu bei; ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer bemüht, Probleme ernst zu nehmen und Lösungen zu finden. Man fühlt sich willkommen, und das ist viel wert.
Leider blieb es bei uns nicht ganz beim Versprechen. Die Bungalows sind zwar sehr geräumig und bieten reichlich Platz, wirken aber insgesamt etwas nüchtern. Es fehlt an Charme, an kleinen Details, an Gemütlichkeit, kurz: an dem Gefühl, wirklich anzukommen und bleiben zu wollen.
Dazu kamen einige ganz praktische Schwierigkeiten. So funktionierte am Herd lediglich eine Platte, der Safe ließ sich nicht öffnen und die Zimmertür nur mit einigem Kraftaufwand schließen. Das sind keine Dramen, aber viele kleine Dinge, die den Aufenthalt unnötig erschweren. Das Zimmer war beim Einzug zwar sauber, wurde jedoch während unseres Aufenthalts nicht noch einmal gereinigt.
Das größte Manko aber war die Kälte. Der Heizkörper ist schlicht unterdimensioniert, und im September wird es nachts am Sewansee bereits richtig kalt. Unangenehm kalt, so sehr, dass Gemütlichkeit kaum entstehen konnte, egal wie sehr man sie gesucht hat.
Ein echter Lichtblick war hingegen das Frühstück. Wirklich hervorragend, liebevoll zubereitet und ein perfekter Start in den Tag. Nach einer kalten Nacht war es fast so etwas wie Trost und ein sehr guter dazu.
Fazit: Ein Resort mit fantastischer Lage und großem Potenzial, freundlichem Personal und einem großartigen Frühstück. Wenn an Ausstattung, Funktionalität und Wärme noch nachgebessert wird, kann das Garden Inn Resort zu einem wirklich besonderen Ort werden. So bleibt noch viel Platz nach oben.

Не поехала бы второй раз.
Pros:

Замечательный юноша Артур. Хороший завтрак. И отличное расположение. Все остальное - в сезон наверное нормально, но сейчас было ужасно.

Cons:

Фактически там невозможно жить в несезон, потому что кафельный пол - просто ледяной, в номере приходилось ходить в теплых уличных кроссовках либо сидеть на кровати, стулья тоже ледяные. Теплый пол технически был, но не включался, полотенцесушитель- тоже не включался. Стены грязные, в пятнах, стол и посуда не очень чистые, шторы в пятнах- неприятно. Полотенца настолько застиранные и жесткие что невозможно пользоваться. Очень не хватает нормально указателя при съезде с трассы, таксисты не могут найти если не знают.
