Pros:

location excellent if you have a morning flight. 2 minutes from Colombo airport. Very nice rooms for a reasonable price.

Cons:

Due to Iran conflict there were no guests at the hotel. Consequently not all services were available (for example no breakfast buffet due to lack of guests).

Great hotel near the airport
Pros:

For the cost of a nights stay which was extremely reasonable, you get a clean spacious room, breakfast plus free transfer to or from the airport. Just check the schedule.
Food in the restaurant was good. Only issue is you need cash which isn’t a problem at the start of your holiday but is an issue at the end as you’re trying to not have Sri Lankan money left over! They answer your messages very quickly so an all round good service.

A comfortable and convenient stay with great ambience, but let down by a slow pickup and a few room issues.
Pros:

I slept really well — the room was comfortable and quiet. The location is very convenient for the airport, and waking up to the sound of peacocks was a lovely surprise. I also enjoyed the balcony with its pleasant garden view, and the Sri Lankan artwork in the hallway added a warm, local touch. The morning airport transfer was perfectly on time.

Cons:

The airport pickup took around an hour, which was quite a long wait late at night. The room also had water all over the floor when I arrived, which wasn’t ideal. At $80 per night, it felt a little steep for what was offered.

Not worth the cost
Pros:

Close to the airport and friendly staff

Cons:

The hotel wasn’t very clean, the bathroom had a strange smell and we had to shower with our flip flops on due to the dirty floor. The buffet dinner was expensive and not nice at all. The dishes looked like they’d been sat out for hours before we ate - and we were there as soon as it was put out to serve. The salad looked days old. The hotel is too expensive and apart from the location to the airport I was very disappointed in my stay.
