Amazing Ocean View
Pros:

Rooms were spacious and clean and very accommodating for families. Amazing ocean view from the rooms. Direct beach access was nice to walk along, it's definitely not an area you swim in. Overall the ocean view was a highlight of this stay.

Pros:

The property is located right near the beach and commute to Galle Fort is also easy. A lot of amenities provided in the room i.e. washing matching and fully functional kitchen

Cons:

The washrooms were tiny and smelled during times. There were lots of spiders and also cockroaches in the washroom. We were also bitten by bugs at night while we slept.

The property was not value for money as Booking.com takes 18% of the mobey from customers
Pros:

The condo was more like an air bnb

Cons:

There were no blankets given, no hairdryer, no soap, veey few mobile phone charging points, plumbing in the kitchen was not okay. Mr Bundela the Manager has assured that he will improve the property. The food at Sunset was mediocre.

The rooms were very good and spacious and had all basic facilities. The location was great (overlooking the ocean).

Cons:

The service was very poor. Despite telling the front-desk that we would pay extra for the apartment cleaning, they did not send anyone for cleaning the room for the 3 days that we were there. We had to repeatedly ask for a change of towels and still they sent an inadequate number of towels. The hotel did not provide any hand towels in either of the apartments (we had booked 2). The washing machine in one of the apartments did not function properly as well.
The breakfast was very ordinary as well.

Great manities and staff Nice place to relax in Galle
Pros:

Nice facilities and rooms. Fantastic restaurant with helpfull staff including the chef who checked in often and always ensured that it was a great experience

Cons:

Property had no concerns; the issue (not related to the property or service provided) was the difficulty in hailing a rideshare ride from the property, due to resistance from the local tuk tuk stand in front of rideshare app drivers (e.g., Uber and PickMe), who were reluctant at times to pick up.
