Pros:

The person who brought the suitcase was kind enough

Cons:

No room service no direct phone to connect the reception or room service or house keeping For everything we have to reach the reception but no use since no room service or proper house keeping

Pros:

Not much to like about the property, we picked it because it was the best looking thing online for that area. Big mistake not to go and select a hotel in Pudukottai.

Cons:

The room was tiny and did not have an outside window. This is because the building is sandwiched between two other buildings, so the windows of rooms open into a passage that anybody can see in the room from. Hence, you have to keep the curtains drawn all the time. I have never known of such a silly layout. Also, the toilet had paint peeling off and water seepage everywhere. The lobby downstairs looked like a storeroom with things piled up on the floor. The restaurant attached to the lobby was exactly like that with boxes and cartons lying around, looking like we were eating in a storeroom.

The location and the staffs were helpful

Cons:

Cleanliness could have been way better, saw small cockroaches, floor and sheets were not clean. The bedsheet was torn 😒

Very disappointing with staff Saravana.
Pros:

I informed my late arrival by phone to reception staff Saravana. He did not inform his colleque who was in the night. Luckily I got room as the staff in the night was friendly. When I checked out Saravana he was very rudely replying and started fighting. If this fellow works and continue to behave like this nobody will stay second time.

Cons:

Location was good and parking was there.
