Very good value for money. Would recommend it happily for anyone to stay.
Pros:

The owner was very kind and courteous. He gave us some good tips and suggestions for the places to visit. The room size was very good. The washroom was very clean and big.Travelled with my 2 young daughters. Felt absolutely safe.

Cons:

It would have been good to have a table, side stool etc. some cupboard to hang clothes.

Pros:

the room was quite big with 2 big beds. and the bathroom was also quite big

Cons:

there was no TV, no other occupants. the building was still in between construction. and the windows were big, I am not sure how see through it was in the morning as it didn't have any blackout curtains. So, as a female was not so sure about that.

Pros:

No real breakfast available. They are running the place but not quite ready. All makeshift arrangements.

Cons:

No good food place close by. No real breakfast available. Bathroom drainage absolutely poor. Construction going on.
