The front desk lady was so helpful and kind, she allowed us to put our bags with her after checking out, because our flight was at night, so we enjoyed our time while our bags are secured with her.

The room is clean, spacious and comfortable, good value for money. A very nice lady welcomed me when I arrived and the location is ideal.
I thought I was booking a room with a window considering the pictures, but the window was actually facing a wall so there were no natural light at all in the room. Also this room was not in the main hotel building, i think it was a residential building and thus very noisy in the corridor sometimes from early morning.
Genuinely, this was easily the greatest hospitality I have ever experienced. The owner was incredibly nice, late check-in was no problem at all. She showed me a Banh Mi shop close by and organized a very cheap taxi to the airport. When I was waiting to go to the airport she even shared her and her husband’s dinner with me.

Très bon emplacement et propriétaire adorable. Nahn Le a de supers conseils notamment pour les restaurants. Le quartier est calme et tout le nécessaire à proximité. Excellent rapport qualité prix.

The place is good and clean for value.
The owner of the place was soo lovely. She gave us water bottles when we checked in and she lent us some umbrellas when it was raining. Just the sweetest.
Nothing. Unfortunately, our experience was negative from the moment we arrived due to issues with check-in and accommodation.
We arrived at the hotel on time, but the staff refused to accommodate us in the booked room.
Instead, we were asked several times to cancel our reservation through Booking.com and move to another building that did not match the original listing. We were even offered a discount if we agreed to cancel through the platform.
When we refused to cancel our Booking reservation, the check-in process became extremely delayed and we were effectively denied accommodation.
The staff took photos of our passports but still did not provide the room we had booked.
We were traveling with a child and had to leave and urgently find another place to stay.
This was a very stressful experience after a long journey. We expected the property to honor the reservation shown on Booking.com.
I cannot recommend this hotel based on our experience.

What I loved (The Highlight of our stay):
The staff lady here is absolutely amazing! Because of her outstanding hospitality, I fell in love with this hotel. We stayed here for a total of four nights—our first night was before heading to Sapa, and we gladly returned for another three nights after coming back from Ninh Binh.
She is incredibly smart, professional, and her management skills truly touched our hearts. As proof of how thoughtfully she manages her work, I’ve attached a photo of a note she wrote to us in our own native language! By the end of our stay, she felt just like family. On our final night, despite the rainy weather, she helped us arrange a very reasonably priced airport transfer, assisted with our heavy luggage, and stood out in the rain waving goodbye to us until we were out of sight.
What could be improved:
Our first single-night stay was absolutely pleasant and flawless. However, when we returned from Ninh Binh for our second stay, we were assigned a different room, and that particular room was unfortunately a little dusty.
