Good hotel
Pros:

旧市街にあり、旧市街の探索には便利。
部屋やトイレ・シャワールームが非常に清潔であった。
道路から少し奥まった位置にホテルがあり、車の騒音も聞こえず静かであった。
女将さんの愛そうもよく、親切であった。

Cons:

冷蔵庫は設置されていなかった。

très bon séjour !
Pros:

super localisation avec des cafés très mignons à proximité.
literie confortable.
la gentillesse de l’hôtesse 🩷 qui m’a laissé me reposer sur le canapé après avoir rendu la chambre (nous avions un bus de nuit par la suite)

Cons:

la chambre n’était pas prête à l’heure, mais l’hôtesse a été adorable donc c’est oublié!

I liked everything
Pros:

Everything was perfect! The room was clean and well-maintained, and it was cleaned every day. The hotel is located very close to the center, with all the sights and attractions within walking distance, yet it's very quiet and homey. I want to thank the wonderful and smiling hostess, Nhan Le! She was very attentive and never turned down my requests! Yes, this isn't a hotel with a typical reception, but I consider that an advantage! You feel right at home. Thank you very much. I hope to visit again.

Bel emplacement. Hote à l’écoute de nos besoins. Prix justifié.

Cons:

Attention, certaine chambre sans fenêtre et endroit pouvant être bruyant.. peut être à éviter si vous êtes sensible au bruit.

A quite decent option for a stay
Pros:

The staff is friendly and it's a quite decent option for stay which is very near

Without checking the visitors approval changed the rooms frequently and when they are not there luggage has been transferred to another room

Pros:

El alojamiento está muy bien dentro de los estándares de Hanoi sobre ese precio y sin duda estaba limpio y con todo lo necesario. La dueña es encantadora, ama su trabajo y lo hace con amor. Llegué tarde después de un largo viaje y me preparó un bocadillo. Fue muy amable y me hizo vivir un momento especial

自分の家のように感じられたホテルでした。
Pros:

清潔さ、ロケーション、お湯がでるなど優れた点は多くありますが、1番はオーナーさんがとても親切にしてくれ、自分のことを我が子のように優しくしてくれたことです。両替や、行くべきスポット、その他なんでも困ったことがあったら自分に是非言ってくれ、出来る限り手伝いをすると言ってくれました。それだけでなく、自分は英語が得意ではないのですが、それでも翻訳アプリを使い、懇切丁寧に教えてくださいました。とても感謝しております。本当にありがとうございました！！！

Best host and great value for money
Pros:

The host was lovely and very helpful, which made our stay carefree. She let us leave our luggage before check-in and offered us a bathroom with a shower. The location is close to everything, and the room was big and tidy.

Cons:

The only thing we missed was a proper soap and maybe some shower gel or shampoo, but apart from that it's an awesome value for money.
