Sehr freundlicher Empfang, ich konnte früh ins Zimmer, sehr gute Lage, Betreiberin Nhan Le spricht Englisch und Deutsch. Ich wollte etwas spezielles kaufen und sie hat in Erfahrung gebracht, wo es das gibt und mich dann mit ihrem Motorbike hingefahren und noch einen Rabatt für mich herausgehandelt. Vor der Verabschiedung hat sie mich zum Mittagessen eingeladen, das sie gerade gekocht hatte (ich durfte nicht früher gehen :-) Einen Kaffee und was süßes bekam ich auch noch. Sie kümmert sich sehr liebevoll um ihre Gäste.

La ubicación es fenomenal, cerca de todo y a la vez apartado y tranquilo. Las habitaciones son cómodas y espaciosas, con aire acondicionado, ventilador y buena ducha. Mención especial para Nhan Le, quien nos aconsejó y acompañó en varias decisiones sobre a donde ir, tanto en la ciudad como fuera. Recomendamos mucho este lugar!!

Perfect for family of 5, 2 rooms above each other. Right from the moment we checked in we were treated as part of their family. They were so nice and helpfully. They gave us a 5l of water for each room. I booked all our activities through them before leaving Australia using WhatsApp. Loved our stay here. Perfect location for sight seeing too.

J'ai apprécié mon séjour de 7 jours à cet hôtel. Tout était conforme à la réservation. Nhan est une hôtesse très attentive, avec de bons conseils et rapide lors de nos demandes L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait pour visiter le vieux quartier de Hanoi avec les restaurants et les sites historiques.

Sehr, sehr nette Besitzerin die extrem Hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar ist. Die Lage des Hotels ist mitten in Old Quarter und trotzdem hört man keinen Lärm. Alles in allem sehr gut für den Preis.

We chose this hotel because of the location and the kind words about the manager. And we weren't disappointed! She's a wonderful, responsive woman, very kind. The hotel is located right in the center, with tons of restaurants and lovely coffee shops nearby, attractions nearby, and taxis are inexpensive. It's a little tired looking, but clean. On the plus side, the hotel is located in a courtyard, so there's no street noise at all. If we return to Hanoi, it'll be here!

Difficult to review as having communicated our arrival time that morning, there was no sign of life when we arrived - after waiting 15 minutes we telephoned. Things continued to go downhill as having booked the "Standard King Room" there was some sort of problem which remains a mystery and which was never explained, and instead we were marched 50 metres down the road to a completely separate hotel. I'm glad that having been asked to pay upfront and on arrival we didn't agree to pay before we had seen the room and all this became clearer - which didn't exactly instil us with much confidence or trust. As this was the end of our trip and a stay we had been looking forward to it was shame to spend our final night in Vietnam on a down note and I suppose the moral of the story is to read some of the other past reviews where the same sort of thing has regularly happened. That said, the alternative hotel down the road was very friendly, nice people, and turned out to be fine -so we'd certainly go back there again, but next time we will give The Hanoi Cozy Legend a miss

Bed and pillows were comfortable, lady running the hotel was very polite and helpful. She gave me free water whenever I asked which was kind.

Vị trí của khách sạn rất thuận tiện ,5 -7 phút đi bộ tới khu ẩm thực Tống duy Tân và cà phê đường rầy,mặc dù ở trung tâm gần phố cổ nhưng yên tĩnh tuyệt đối,chủ nhân khách sạn (cô Nhàn)rất thân thiện tử tế ,nhờ sự giúp đỡ chỉ dẫn của cô mà chuyến du lịch của chúng tôi được hoàn thành mỹ mãn
