Roof Top was unavailable, such a disappointment, that was one of the main reasons why i chose that hotel over the others and to notice that whas lame, plus no one told us until we asked them, and their response was very rude, i will never stay at four points again and will tell others my bad experience, unless i am rewarded somehow

Buyer Beware: Predatory Exchange Rates & Billing Chaos
I travel frequently to Chihuahua, and I strongly advise against staying here if you are booking in US Dollars. This property engages in deceptive billing practices that will cost you significantly more than your reservation quote.
I booked this stay online for a total of $541 USD. At check-in, the hotel refused to charge my card in USD and refused to honor the official bank exchange rate (approx. 17 MXN). Instead, they applied an arbitrary 'house rate' of 21.03 Pesos per Dollar. This wasn't a small fluctuation—it inflated my bill to $11,382 MXN, effectively adding a $125 USD hidden surcharge to my stay. When I challenged this with the manager, they acknowledged the discrepancy but refused to adjust it.
To make matters worse, the hotel seems to be having an identity crisis. Although this is a 'Four Points by Sheraton,' my credit card receipt was issued by 'Hotel Ramada Encore.' They appear to be using old billing terminals from a previous franchise, which creates confusion and potential banking issues.
The rooms are decent, but the management is running a financial squeeze on international bookings. Unless you want to pay a surprise 23% 'tax' upon arrival, stay at one of the many other honest hotels in the Distrito Uno area.

Does the basics well. Clean room, comfortable bed, good shower. Caters to tour groups. In the heart of the upscale part of Chihuahua. Next to the casino.
Location, facility and staff are excellent.
This hotel charges more than what I was quoted on Booking. I had the same experience last year, I have identified alternate properties to stay at next year.
