Pros:

Lugar con excelente ubicación muy cerca del centro y del museo del café (lo recomiendo para visitar), el trato bueno, el personal atento a lo que podían resolver.

Cons:

El baño necesita un poco de mantenimiento, quizás por los químicos de la limpieza las hendiduras entre los azulejos no tienen material, lo que hace que sea más fácil el acumulo de hongos, porner un poco más atención en ello, por lo demás estuvo bien.
Tampoco había Shampoo ninguno de los días que estuvimos, es importante poner atención a ello porque el ir a comprar nos quita tiempo que tenemos dedicado a conocer la ciudad, pues íbamos de vacaciones.

La piscina, la habitación limpia y confortable, el personal muy atento

Cons:

No hay servicio de almuerzo y cena en el restaurante, no hay venta de bebidas, refrescos. La instalación estaba sucia,los portales y los pasillos externos por ejemplo. No hay suficientes butacas en el área de piscina.

Mi habitación tenía arañas, encontré una bajando desde el techo hasta mi cama, había telarañas en el techo, en las paredes, en la ventana del baño, encontré otras 2 arañitas en la orilla de la pared, otra en la ventana del baño, hormigas en el baño, y hongos en la regadera, es claro que les falta fumigar y un correcto aseo de la habitación.

La alberca nos encantó, estaba súper limpia y pudimos nadar sin preocuparnos por el sol

La alberca tiene muy buen tamaño y los cuartos son grandes y cómodos, cuenta con estacionamiento y esta muy cerca del centro

La señas del Wi-Fi no llegaba muy bien a la habitación por lo tanto no pudimos ver la televisión ya la señal de la televisión es por medio del Wi-Fi

Me pareció bien la ventaja de este hotel el estacionamiento ya que no nos quedamos afuera en la call
