Pros:

La alberca tiene muy buen tamaño y los cuartos son grandes y cómodos, cuenta con estacionamiento y esta muy cerca del centro

Cons:

La señas del Wi-Fi no llegaba muy bien a la habitación por lo tanto no pudimos ver la televisión ya la señal de la televisión es por medio del Wi-Fi

Me pareció bien la ventaja de este hotel el estacionamiento ya que no nos quedamos afuera en la call

Tuvimos que estar bajando a avisar que no había agua, no funcionó la tv con canales y el aire acondicionado estaba directo sin poderse regular. Anteriormente hace como 3 años ya nos habíamos hospedado y estaba en muy buenas condiciones todo la verdad por eso regresamos.

En general todo me la pasé muy bien con mi familia por su excelente ubicación en el centro de Tuxtla mi primera vez en chiapas recomendado para volver a regresar

Cons:

Solo un detalle no me quisieron dar toallas que necesita después de la alberca solo me dieron dos por habitación y reserve para 6 personas de ahí todo bien

Le personnel très gentil et la proximité du centre ville

Cons:

Piscine très peu profonde (1 mètre environ), chambre au rez de chaussé qui sentait l'humidité (mais nous avons demandé un changement et au premier étage tout allait bien)

Ubicación accesible, el personal es agradable.

Cons:

El hotel es sencillo, me lo imaginé diferente por las fotos, no nos hicieron servicio de aseo a la habitación durante nuestra estancia, los enseres de la habitación para uso personal no fueron suficientes.

Las habitaciones no se veían como en las fotos, además la tv no prendía, el aire acondicionado tampoco funcionaba y la cama incomoda
