Es un lugar bastante confortable, me senti a gusto, la alberca, todo muy bien.

Cons:

En la habitación, habia una entrada de luz muy intensa, eso fue lo que no me gusto, ya que la habitacion estaba muy calurosa y el aire acondicionado tardo.mucho.pata enfriar.

Pros:

The pool area was nice.

Cons:

No hot water in the morning. We were told after we were checking out that you have to let it run for 10 minutes to get hot.

Pros:

Lugar con excelente ubicación muy cerca del centro y del museo del café (lo recomiendo para visitar), el trato bueno, el personal atento a lo que podían resolver.

Cons:

El baño necesita un poco de mantenimiento, quizás por los químicos de la limpieza las hendiduras entre los azulejos no tienen material, lo que hace que sea más fácil el acumulo de hongos, porner un poco más atención en ello, por lo demás estuvo bien.
Tampoco había Shampoo ninguno de los días que estuvimos, es importante poner atención a ello porque el ir a comprar nos quita tiempo que tenemos dedicado a conocer la ciudad, pues íbamos de vacaciones.

La piscina, la habitación limpia y confortable, el personal muy atento

Cons:

No hay servicio de almuerzo y cena en el restaurante, no hay venta de bebidas, refrescos. La instalación estaba sucia,los portales y los pasillos externos por ejemplo. No hay suficientes butacas en el área de piscina.
