Cons:

No slippers in the room, when asked the receptionist they said unfortunately they don't provide it. A/C in the room was not cooling well.

Un séjour pas comme les autres

À la réception les employés sont accueillant,souriant,attentionné

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est pas mal..il faut un peu plus de choix,les dames qui servent sont pas professionnelles ni souriantes …malheureusement,il y’avait du bruit dans la chambre mais ils m’ont tte suite changé d’une autre chambre meilleurs.merci mais j’y retourne pas.

J'ai passé 6 nuits à l'hôtel. mon séjour a été excellent. Les chambres sont propres, bien distribués, avec les aménités nécessaires. La femme de chambre s'est occupé de tenir la chambre toujours proopre, belle et bien organisé.
L'hôtel logez dans un endroit calme, propre et moderne.

Le petit déjeuner est parfait avec tout ce dont on a besoin pour bien commencer la journée. Le personnel au restaurant (GiZLAN+RAJAE) nous a donné un excellent service. Toujours avec un sourire.
A la réception le service est aussi impeccable. Nous remercions Lamia.
C'est une excellente option pour loger à Marrakech.

Grote teleurstelling

Het personeel aan het onthaal en de vrouw van het ontbijt waren vriendelijk.

Ik heb van 19 tot 22 mei gelogeerd ik het Tempoo Hotel. Toen ik heb uitgechecked heb ik mijn valiezen ter plaatse gelaten tot ik s'avonds kon inchecken in mijn volgend verblijf. Het personeel wist dus dat ik nog zeker in Marrakech was tot het moment dat ik mijn bagage ben gaan halen. Nadat ik incheckte in mijn nieuw verblijf stelde ik vast dat ik mijn dure shampoo en conditioner van 100 euro was vergeten in de douchecabine. Ik heb om 19u onmiddellijk gebeld naar het hotel om dit te melden en te vragen of ik mijn producten (evenals mijn douchegel en dergelijke) kon komen halen. Er werd mijj gezegd dat het schoonmaakpersoneel niks had gevonden.... ik vind dit schandalig dat ze mijn producten niet even aan de kant hadden gezet in het geval ik zou terugkomen, maar dat deze onmiddellijk werden gestolen. Ik werd niet verdergeholpen. Het waren producten die ik net gekocht had voor mijn vertrek op vakantie. Dit is zeer onprofessioneel. Geen 4 sterren waardig naar mijn mening. Het hotel is ook verouderd en de vloer in mijn kamer was niet proper. Het zwembad is ook niet noemenswaardig, zeer klein op een binnenplein met maar plaats voor 1 ligbed.... dit is de eerste keer dat ik een negatieve review maak omdat ik dit liever niet doe.

Moroccan experience
Pros:

The staff at TEMPOO Hotel were excellent, super friendly and helpful. The cleaning lady kept our room spotless. The ladies Bajae and Sokaina in the breakfast room gave us excellent service every morning with a lovely smile. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly and looked after our bags after check out.We really enjoyed our stay in TEMPOO Hotel.

Cons:

The roof top garden was not available to enjoy the beautiful sunshine.
