Really clean, friendly, and nice people ! Very helpful food was lovely and it is very welcoming; and very professional staff that go out of their way to help make you feel comfortable - Gizlan and Rajae did a wonderful job at making our stay pleasant!

Très très bien ! L’hôtel nous a même préparé un petit déjeuner avant notre départ à l’aéroport à 5h du matin.
Onlangs verbleven we in het Tempoo Hotel en we waren onder de indruk van de professionele en vriendelijke service. In het bijzonder willen we Ghislaine, Rajae, Abderrazzak en Hamza bedanken voor hun uitstekende inzet. Ze waren attent, behulpzaam en zorgden ervoor dat ons verblijf vlekkeloos verliep. Het is duidelijk dat dit team met veel passie en toewijding werkt. Een absolute aanrader voor iedereen die op zoek is naar een gastvrije en aangename hotelervaring!

We searched for 2 people on Booking and booked for 2, but somehow it was listed as 1. According to Booking, this should have been an easy fix at the reception. “Easy” was a massive understatement.
The receptionist Ayman, seemed to take it upon himself to avoid helping guests. At first he outright refused, as though we were asking for a kidney donation instead of simply adjusting the booking. After a long and unnecessary discussion, followed by a pointless phone call he finally agreed to change it but only after making it clear that he was doing us a ”personal favour”, not his job.
The most ironic part? The price was exactly the same whether it was 1 or 2 people. So the entire drama was completely unnecessary, aside from showing just how poor service can be.
Want to feel like a burden instead of a guest? Then this hotel is for you. Otherwise choose literally any other place.

La piscine ! Je n’ai pas pu me baigner car TROP petite ! Il y avait des travaux donc impossible de se baigner tranquillement.
Il est impossible de bronzer car la piscine est en pleine ombre. C’est le seule défaut de l’hôtel à mon sens… c’est dommage car quand il fait chaud l’idéale c’est de profiter d’un moment fraîcheur… à revoir ou améliorer par la suite ☺️

Mucha obra fuera del hotel y ruido nocturno por 4 estrellas lo mejor insonorizar las ventanas para que la gente descansa,baño muy oscuro.
Tout d’abord le petit déjeuner, je n’ai vraiment pas les mots. Bon et varié qui change chaque jour pas énormément et c’est ce qui fait la différence tout était frais. L’emplacement quant à lui est nickel pour visiter à pied et pour les point de rendez-vous pour les excursions guidées. La chambre était propre malgré le bruit des travaux et des voitures qui n’ont pas été dérangeant pour nous. Je conseille et recommande pour les jeunes couples venus en vacances pour visiter Marrackech !
La première chambre dans laquelle on était laissait à désiré : problème de Clim j’ai dû appeler 5 fois pour qu’on me change de chambre : ce n’est que la veille de mon départ que mes contestations au niveau de la Clim ont été prises en comptes malgré mes nombreuses plaintes, la douche qui se fermait mal et qui grinçait à chaque ouverture/fermeture de la cabine de douche, la porte de la chambre qui se fermait mal, la piscine qui n’était pas chauffé MAIS qui m’a quand même été signalé par le personnel. Malheureusement à cause de la chambre je ne peux pas mettre une meilleure note que cela est c’est dommage.
L'emplacement était parfait, tout à proximité.
Le personnel irréprochable, nous devions partir très tôt, et un plateau nous a été préparé, même à 4h du matin la personne qui sest occupée de nous a été disponible.
Je recommande fortement et je pense même ÿ retourner.
