Mi è piaciuta ogni cosa. Personale cordialissimo! Lo staff della colazione composta da un ragazzo e una ragazza (i quali non ricordo al momento i nomi) sono stati più che eccellenti e gentili. Sono di una cordialità unica!

Great place for stay in Marrakech
Pros:

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly especially Amira on reception who accommodated us with a move to a quieter room for our stay. She was very gracious and helpful. The location is good for a stay in Marrakech and while its a bit of a walk to the Medina the taxis are cheap and plentiful. Breakfast in the hotel was good and the chef cooked lovely omelette every morning.

Cons:

There was building works on next door but that's not the fault of the hotel.

Expected a lot more for a 4 star hotel
Pros:

Cleaners were very nice and attentive, the receptionists were welcoming. Nice gym area.

Cons:

Not sure how the Hotel is 4 star to be perfectly honest. Window in our room was broken, it wouldn't close properly and the latch on it was broken also. Which made the nights very very loud with the traffic and noise on the streets. The bed was very hard which also didnt help with the sleep. The shower although had very good pressure, could go from warm to scalding for a second or 2 and made a lot of noise also. The Hotel advertised that there was a bar in it but that isn't the case. There is a restaurant with nice waitresses but the food one night took over 40 mins to arrive. It was also a good walk to many of the other attractions of the city.
