Una estancia inolvidable en el corazón de Capadocia
Pros:

La ubicación es extraordinaria, en pleno corazón de Göreme y perfecta para recorrer el pueblo caminando. Nos encantaron la terraza y las increíbles vistas de Capadocia, además del delicioso y abundante desayuno. El personal fue siempre muy amable y atento, y nos ayudó mucho durante nuestra estancia.

Cons:

Nuestra experiencia fue excelente y no tuvimos ningún aspecto negativo importante. Nos hubiera encantado quedarnos más días para seguir disfrutando del hotel y de Capadocia.

L'emplacement et la restauration de l hôtel était superbe. Nous avons passé un très bon week-end dans une très belle suite avec ma fille et pu voir depuis la terrasse la montée des montgolfières avec une vue incroyable

Rien à voir avec l'hôtel vue son emplacement en plein centre, mais le manque de parking pour notre voiture à était difficile pour nous. Nous avons cherché une place pendant plus d'une heure, dommage

Struttura centrale. Bell’edificio. Colazione ottima. Camera come da descrizione, letto pulito e bagno pulito. Staff buono. Dalla struttura si vedono benissimo le mongolfiere.

Cons:

Sono una persona a favore dei cani in casa o all’interno degli hotel, non ho problemi, anzi li amo. Ma che i cani o i gatti lascino feci lungo la gradinata che porta al rooftop per la colazione, non lo accetto.
La camera era come da descrizione, ma aveva i fili della corrente a vista e mi sembra che il salvavita sia solo pieno di fili.

Struttura bella, ma con qualche riserva.
Pros:

La posizione centrale. Colazione molto buona e ricca. Ci tengo anche a fare un grande complimento al ragazzo che era in servizio nel pomeriggio: è stato super disponibile e soprattutto molto proattivo nel cambiarci la camera dopo la segnalazione di un problema.

Cons:

La nostra esperienza è stata compromessa dalla presenza di scarafaggi nella stanza, che era interamente in pietra. Posso anche comprendere che, trattandosi di una struttura con queste caratteristiche, possa essere più difficile evitare completamente questo tipo di problema, ma diventa difficile accettarlo quando si pagano 100 euro a notte. Non è assolutamente piacevole vedere scarafaggi camminare in bagno e in camera da letto, arrivando anche a passare sulle nostre cose.
Inoltre ci ha delusi anche il fatto di non trovare le nostre breakfast boxes pronte al check- out.Avevamo comunicato in anticipo che avremmo effettuato il check-out molto presto, intorno alle 6:30 del mattino, e avevamo chiesto di preparare una breakfast box, visto che la colazione era già inclusa e pagata. Al momento del check-out ci è stato invece detto di attendere altri 20 minuti perché la box non era ancora pronta. La cosa che ci ha infastiditi maggiormente è stata la totale mancanza di disponibilità da parte del ragazzo che ci ha assistito in quel momento: non si è mosso di una virgola per cercare una soluzione o venirci incontro. Alla fine siamo dovuti andare via senza la colazione, che avevamo già pagato, e abbiamo dovuto provvedere a nostre spese.

Purtroppo, situazioni di questo tipo fanno percepire una certa mancanza di attenzione nei confronti del cliente. Non si tratta solo del problema della colazione, ma del modo in cui viene gestita una richiesta che era stata comunicata con largo anticipo.

Pros:

Hotel maravilhoso! Quarto amplo, bem decorado, ar condicionado eficiente, cama confortável e banho ótimo!
Limpeza excelente, atendimento cordial de todos os funcionários, café da manhã completo e gostoso, servido no terraço que tem uma vista linda de Goreme.
Não houve voos de balão durante nossa estadia por causa do clima, mas há terraços para admira-los.

Recepção nos ajudou com agendamento de tour e de transfer para o aeroporto. Pudemos fazer o check in mais cedo sem custo extra, o que foi um diferencial, considerando que chegamos exaustas de voo ocorrido durante a madrugada.
