The location on google maps doesn’t match exactly the place, need to be adjusted.
Also the owner needs to give a more accurate address for arrival.
The staff were very helpful and made sure everything was ok at all times. Also great location.
A bit hard to find
The mattress was quite comfortable and there were no actual rats or fleas in the dirty, broken, dingy room and I wasn't attacked by any wandering derelicts through the night.
The location wasn't clear from the description. When I phoned the owner he was absolutely incapable or unwilling to give me directions. When I finally found it I was shocked that rather than being a hotel it was a totally derelict dirty rooming house. There was nobody there to help me get into a room. I phoned the owner repeatedly to ask for help and he was utterly useless, repeatedly hanging up for no reason. His speech didn't sound as if he had no English at all so it was puzzling that he was unable to explain to me how to put in the correct key code to open the door to the room. After numerous repeated calls to him by me I was finally able to enter the tiny dingy dirty broken down room. The dirty shower did have running water and the broken dirty toilet did flush and the mattress was actually quite OK but that's it. An experience I'll never forget and never repeat.
Dirty, neglected, full of mold. Smells like cigarettes inside the rooms. Weird stains on walls, couches and pillows, can hear everything from hallway/rooms and street. Worst place I've ever stayed in. Wouldn't pay more than 50 shekel per night, and even that's too much.
Don't believe the photos.
Couldn't find the place, wasn't clean, very old, wouldn't recommend
Location on the map is wrong.
Location on the google maps is wrong.
Floors are broken everywhere.
At first we were given a different room from what we've ordered.
Stains from cigarettes everywhere.
Some windows do not close fully.
No plate in microwave (although it works if you balance food on the peg).
It’s located very close to everything
Very comfortable beds
The staff were very nice and kind
I would recommend to book
Nothing
It was terrible! This hotel has no reception and there is not a single person who would provide comfort and tranquility for guests. Incomprehensible people who somehow enter the hotel through a door with a code (which is often just open) who speak loudly and laugh right outside your door, try to come in your room or arrange a disco in the next room from 5 a.m. will prevent you from sleeping almost every night. This hotel is more like a brothel. The hotel manager who will speak with you via WathsApp just give you advice to call police if someone will make noise and interfere with your rest. Besides this hotel do not placed in silent Montefiory district as it shows on the map - it placed right on the most busy Tel Aviv’s street and noise from vehicles will be permanent. And one more. I has booked the room with the breakfast for two weeks, but this hotel do not have food service and i found out about it only when i have arrived. Of course they do not offered me some compensation.

I called the listed number and told him I have a reservation, the guy cursed me and hung up
A good location near a railway station and not far from the city center. A clean spacious room. Grocer´s nearby. A bus stop just over the street.
Problems with plumbing and watter leaking out from the toilet when flushing. No breakfast eventhoug it was offered and included in the reservation. The hostel is not in the address originaly mentioned. It is around 200 meters away in fact.
It was in good place close to my work. The price was fair. It was very fitting to one night stay at Tel Aviv.
Nothing particular.
Good location
A little noisy
