Cons:

Overcharging, every item we had to pay for including toilet paper, shampoo, soap etc.. Description said pool view from terrace there was no view of the pool, the view was of the street. Very misleading description. Very overpriced. Also you have to pay to swim!! I think they should add in somewhere on top of the room cost you have to pay for every little thing in the room. It was a very misleading description.

Cons:

Makes you pay 150 peso extra for a thick blanket while the provided free blankets are thin sheets.

Only gave you 2 thin towels and if you needed to use more it was 50 each.

The shouldn't try to get extra money out of your customers after they've paid so much already.

Excellent customer service.
Pros:

Location is perfect and close to all amenities
Sinulog party location. The host is very attentive and very easy to contact. Answer all our questions.

Cons:

The unit is only good for a max of 3 persons. Maximum 5 people is very inconvenient. No induction stove. Lack of kitchen supplies such as knives and can opener. Cleanliness needs improvement.

Perfect stopover in Cebu
Pros:

Ideal for a stopover before our flight and it was great to use the pool and gym!

Pros:

The contact with the host is very good, the location of the building is close to downtown and a lot of good food and stores around (get a grab and visit the night market nearby) we used the nice pool and gym it a lot.

Cons:

The apartment could require some serious deep cleaning, especially the bathroom.

Really cute little studio apartment, could do with a deep clean though
Pros:

Room: compact but charming, the bed was on a platform which made it slightly harder to get in and out of. Great view - we loved watching netflix in bed on the huge TV with the curtains open at night so you could see all the city lights.
Staff: we were provided with detailed instructions on how to access the flat which were great and the owner was very responsive on booking.com chat but we never met them.
Facilities: amazing, huge pool with not many people around. Gym was well equipped and the 2 times we went we were alone. Really cheap laundry place just around the corner.

Cons:

Honestly the place could have done with a deep clean, the shower head needed a good scrub so the holes would let water out evenly, and the shower smelled a bit mouldy when you turned it on. We found a few spiders in drawers and next to the bed. It's obviously surface cleaned but not all the nooks and crannies or the sinks. Sheets and towels were clean. It certainly wasn't a hotel - you could tell someone used to live there and left a lot of little bits like a face mask, trinkets, random utensils - perhaps this gives the place a certain charm? No shower gel so we had to use hand soap. There was only an air fryer to cook, which was fine but not if you needed a hob. We stayed for 2 nights but would have found all of the above a lot more annoying if staying for any more than that.

Location was great, the view from the room was magnificient, the pool was superb (very well maintained and with a view). The host was helpful and lovely.
