Our stay at Grey Castle was truly excellent. It started with great communication regarding our arrival time, including arranging a late check-in, and gathering our preferences for the first breakfast.

When we arrived, the rooms were ready for us, and in the morning a beautifully prepared breakfast was waiting. Throughout our stay, communication was outstanding, and Camilla was extremely proactive and attentive. The rooms were cleaned daily, and we also had the chance to enjoy the sauna with a beautiful view of the mountains.

What impressed me the most was that the day before our departure—which was scheduled for 3:30 a.m.—Camilla offered to prepare breakfast items for us. At 3:30 in the morning, we found delicious sandwiches, yogurts, fruits, and drinks waiting for us in the fridge. This exceeded all my expectations.

No one has ever taken such great care of me, my wife, and my friends. Thank you, Camilla—I believe this place is so highly rated thanks to Camilla and the rest of the hotel team. I highly recommend this hotel and its service!

Pros:

La struttura è stupenda,nuova e piena di dettagli accoglienti in camera(biscotti,tè,la borraccia per l’acqua,i sali da bagno).Davvero tutto curato nei minimi dettagli.Letto confortevole,colazione non abbondante ma composta da prodotti di altissima qualità.Posto isolato e tranquillo molto vicino al centro.

Purtroppo ci hanno assegnato una mansarda che non era molto comoda considerando che uno degli ospiti era alto più di 2 metri.
Alla richiesta di cambiare stanza ci è stato detto che era disponibile solo la suite e che giustamente avremmo dovuto pagare un prezzo diverso.Non abbiamo accettato semplicemente perché costava il doppio ed avremmo dovuto pagare solo per avere un altezza normale,il resto dei servizi non ci interessava.La “gentilissima”sig.ra Camilla ha sottolineato che c’è una nota nella descrizione della camera che segnala le parti basse e che non era giusto lamentarsi.Va bene però consiglio di scrivere anche quanto sono basse così da capire meglio chi riesce a starci.La proprietaria non è stata gentile considerando che ad un certo punto ci ha anche invitati ad andare via e cercare un altra sistemazione.Ma va bene così,ci sono tante altre strutture in città pronte ad accoglierci e tanti altri meravigliosi clienti che non vedono l’ora di soggiornare in questo posto!

Niesamowicie miły i pomocny personel. Sauna z widokiem na góry. Przechowywalnia sprzętu narciarskiego tuż przy przystanku skibusa. Idealna czystość, nowe wnętrza. Obfite śniadania. Wszystko perfekcyjne!

Pros:

Garnì molto curato sia nelle camere che negli ambienti comuni. Tutto è molto nuovo. Letto molto comodo. Posizione della struttura vicina al centro ma molto silenziosa e panoramica. Per raggiungere gli impianti da sci c'è lo skibus pubblico che ferma proprio davanti. Molto utile anche il garage coperto e ci è stata data la possibilità di caricare gratuitamente la nostra auto elettrica. Camilla è un host molto gentile e disponibile. Apprezzata anche la sauna panoramica.

Pros:

il Grey Castle si trova in posizione strategica al centro di Ponte di Legno; accoglienza meravigliosa, staff super disponibile. La struttura è nuova, moderna e raffinata; personale gentile e disponibile. Anche l'accoglienza per il nostro cagnolino è stata eccellente con cuccia, ciotoline ed un simpatico giochino. Super consigliato!
