Nao tem café da manhã
The hotel is absolutely beautiful, it’s a true paradise. The staff are incredibly friendly, the food is delicious, and the housekeeping team take great care and pride in keeping the rooms spotless.
The only “downside” is that the hotel doesn’t have a proper beach. There is a small sandy area close to the sea, but getting into the water can be quite difficult. It would be great if the hotel could build some sort of jetty or platform to make it easier and more comfortable for guests to access the sea.
La recamara es excelente, muy cómoda la cama, tiene sistema de extracción en el baño lo que evita malos olores, esta muy bien equipada la cocina, y en general bonita y super comoda la recamara, la ubicación es muy buena, a unos cuantos pasos de la quinta avenida, me guardaron el equipaje aunque como tal no es un servicio que ofrecen
Si quieres reservar el hotel por la vista y la playa este no es tu hotel, las habitaciones dan mas bien a los cuartos de enfrente, la piscina es pequeña y el área para estar enfrente del mar también es pequeña, no habia gente y por eso no estuvo mal, pero yo creo que con un poco de ocupacion si debe ser un poco incomodo.
Loved the hammock right outside the sliding door. The beds were comfortable. Walking distance to the main walking area with restaurants with a longer walk to the Cozumel ferry but very doable.

Hammock and nothing else
The door didn’t lock, so naturally the solution was to move me to a worse room.
The new room came with filthy, stained curtains, a fridge that sounded like a tractor on a quiet harvest day, and half-drunk sodas left behind by previous guests. And because apparently that wasn’t enough, a family of raccoons regularly visited the balcony, meaning keeping the door open was not exactly an option.
As for communication, accountability, and responsiveness from reception — those seem to be available only in theory. Overall, an impressive combination of poor maintenance, questionable cleanliness, and complete indifference. A truly memorable stay, just not for the reasons you’d hope.
La habitacion tenia todo para pasar una estancia agradable en todas las areas , la recamara muy comoda y amplia , la cocina con todo lo necesario para ir en familia y super limpio todo el lugar!!
Que no tiene estacionamiento , y hay que agregar $120 pesos x cada dia de parquimetro los dias que estes hospedado .

TOUT ! l’hôtel est super bien situé, à quelques pas de l'avenue centrale de Playa Del Carmen. la chambre à 2 était parfaite, donnant sur la cour, au calme! ménage fait tous les jour, mise à dispo d'une fontaine d'eau de source était un vrai plus. et les serviettes de piscine/plage à volonté (on pouvait sortir avec de l’hôtel pour se rendre à la plage la plus proche - Mamita's Beach ~magnifique à 10min à pieds). La piscine de l'hotel très propre aussi. on a vraiment passé un super séjour. et grâce aux personnes de l’accueil, on a réservé via l’hôtel une excursion catamaran pour Isla Mojeres ! je recommande vraiment!
je mets une note de 9 pour la plage de l’hôtel, c'est plus pour se relaxer sur le transat que pour se baigner. sinon, le reste était parfait
The property is situated on the beach and the particular unit seemed far enough away from the nearby nightlife so that you could hear the waves and surf at night. There are neighboring restaurants and fishing boats where you can go out, catch a fish, and come back to have it prepared and eaten right on the beach. Fantastic.

מלון נחמד מאוד , במיקום מרכזי ליד השדרה המרכזית בפלאיה דל כרמן
מרחק של שלוש דקות מהמלון יש ברים ומועדוני לילה ולעומת זאת המלון שקט מאוד ולא שומעים מוזיקה מבחוץ .
יש מטבחון חמוד ,ומתקן מים .
אין גישה לים כרגע בגלל האצות ,בזמן השהות שלי היו ילדים בבריכה שנכנסו כל ערב ועשו מלא רעש
הרעש בבריכה נשמע היטב בחדרים
אבל למלון עצמו אין תלונות

Das Hotel liegt zwar am Meer aber es gibt kein Zugang zum Schwimmen im Meer. Leider Boot Parkplatz und zum Schwimmen keine Möglichkeit

Just off the main strip of playa del Carmen, great access to everything. Room was plenty big enough and a good little kitchenette.
