La gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel (merci beaucoup Alfredo pour les conseils), la propreté et la chambre.
Petite plage sympa, dommage qu'on ne puisse pas se baigner à cet endroit. Mais d'autres plages sont proches.
O Hotel tem uma perfeita localização, ficando próximo a principal rua de Playa. As pessoas, principalmente o Afonso, foram extremamente receptivos, dando dicas de onde visitar e o que comer. O Café da manhã todas as vezes que pedimos estava perfeito e eram entregues pontualmente. Com toda certeza iremos voltar!!
L’emplacement, le logement très bien équipé, pour encore plus de confort des chaises longues pour se reposer sur la terrasse auraient été un plus, la propreté, la tranquillité et le personnel .

The bed was comfortable. Other than the really bad beachfront, the location was amazing. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly.
The beach is non-existent and the pool was mediocre. There were kids everywhere and the hammocks on the balconies need to be replaced. They tried to charge us for a stain on the bed that was there when we checked in. We didn't think it was a very big deal and didn't mention it but there was a $30 charge on our bill when we checked out that we had to dispute.

Lovely location and design. The room was quiet and comfortable. The little beach out front was great to have.
Our hammock didn't really work; it was strung too narrow. Also you should know that the beach out front is just a bit of stand with trees and chairs - it's a nice view, but not a full beach.
