Hele fijne week gehad in mooi appartement.
Pros:

Mooie kamer met balkon. Fijn bed, goede douche. Elke middag als we terug kwamen was de kamer weer netjes en schoon. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kookstelletje leek niet te werken en na vraag aan het personeel kwamen ze gelijk in actie om het op te lossen. Kitchenette aanwezig met wat keukengerei. Eigenlijk heb je alles wat je nodig hebt. Strandbedjes bij het water waar wij veel gezeten hebben. Is een fijn plekje.

Cons:

- Gordijnen waren oud en niet echt schoon. Deze zou ik vervangen.
- Er was niet echt een fijn mes aanwezig om groenten mee te snijden.
- Het hotel zit aan het strand, maar het is jammer dat je niet echt het water in kan om te zwemmen.

Lovely stay in Playa del Carmen in a perfect location with beautiful accommodations
Pros:

I loved the balcony and the cool built-in "sofa" in my room. Great to have a kitchenette. Super comfortable bed & pillows. And perhaps the nicest thing was the 5 gallon drinking water "cooler" in the kitchen. So thoughtful and unexpected.

Oasis in beating heart of playa!
Pros:

Very nice location in heart of playa so close to Quinta avenida. But on the water so when in hotel it feels like an oasis. We had a fantastic view and great kitchen.

Cons:

No regrets for this time, but don't know if we'll stay here again.
Pros:

The staff and the view are nice. It was quiet and cozy enough. The cleaning lady was practicing her origami skills on new towels every time she cleaned the room. The cleaning was done early in a day and properly. A/C and ventilator were good. The hut roofs, white walls, rustic design and a small 'arboretum' with tropical trees in the main area were a vibe.

Cons:

The balcony rail is a bit low all across the suites. We felt it was too low for someone with kids on vacation in this property; even adults could tip over.

My partner was using the hammock on the balcony until the hammock somehow dislocated from the hook. So we did not feel this was a safe securing of hammocks as well.

The breakfast is not included. The pillows were a bit too flat. They gave us only one key which is not typical for a hotel. The swimming pool - although nice - is a bit too small and with no places to sit around it.

We would like to suggest to expand a kitchen by loosing a closet that is attached right next to it. For a closet, the adjacent locker/walk-in closet could be enough.

Stairs were painted evenly (without accent color at the edges) so that could be a tripping hazard.

Nice resort stay near the main 5th avenue
Pros:

Staff were friendly, good resort vibe in the hotel, location very close to 5th avenue

Cons:

Beach strip is very small and had boats parked, not a great view of the sea, sargassum smell was strong, insect bites near the green areas

Nel complesso consigliamo assolutamente la struttura a chi cerca un hotel intimo, in posizione strategica e con un’atmos
Pros:

Posizione eccellente
A due passi dal centro, comodissima per ristoranti, negozi e passeggiate serali, ma allo stesso tempo silenziosa e riparata dal rumore. Si sente praticamente solo il mare: un equilibrio davvero raro da trovare.

Camere funzionali e ben organizzate
Abbiamo apprezzato molto la presenza del frigorifero (anche se un po’ rumoroso), dell’angolo cottura pratico e della macchinetta del caffè — per noi italiani un vero “salvavita”!
Il balcone è un grande valore aggiunto: spazioso, con tavolo, sedie e amaca, perfetto per rilassarsi o mangiare con vista mare.

Area spiaggia piacevole
Anche se al momento non è possibile fare il bagno a causa dei sacchi posizionati prima dell’acqua, la zona resta molto gradevole. I lettini permettono di rilassarsi, leggere e prendere il sole in totale tranquillità.

Colazione comoda e abbondante
Non è inclusa, ma con 15 dollari a persona si può richiedere un’ottima colazione servita direttamente in camera: una soluzione molto pratica che abbiamo davvero apprezzato.

Staff eccellente
Un grazie speciale a Giudit per la disponibilità e la gentilezza.
Una menzione particolare a Carlos, che si occupa delle escursioni: sempre sorridente, cordiale e disponibile. Le escursioni acquistate tramite lui sono state organizzate benissimo e a prezzi più competitivi rispetto ai tanti stand in città. Un vero valore aggiunto per la struttura.

Cons:

Asciugacapelli poco potente, alternativa non disponibile in reception.
In bagno è presente il classico phon piccolo a muro, non molto performante. Sarebbe utile avere almeno un phon più potente disponibile in reception su richiesta, soprattutto in caso di temperature insolitamente basse come quelle che abbiamo trovato (tra 11 e 20 gradi).

Coerenza tra foto e camera assegnata
La camera ricevuta non corrispondeva esattamente alle immagini viste al momento della prenotazione. Il soggiorno è stato comunque piacevole, ma una maggiore coerenza tra foto e sistemazioni reali renderebbe l’esperienza ancora più impeccabile.

Definitely recommend
Pros:

Loved this quaint boutique hotel! The staff was really nice, our room was cute and you cannot beat the location of the hotel.

Cons:

Would have been nice to have a beach access from the hotel, but public beaches were only a short walk away, so it wasn't an issue.

God beliggenhed. Desværre er stranden næsten spist i det område+ der ligger både derude så det inviterer ikke til badnin

Stille og roligt. Tæt på alt men uden larmen:-)
Lejligheder og balkoner var dejligt

Cons:

Køkkenet var lidt mangelfuldt (vi boede der også i to uger).
Manglede fx skærebræt, en ordentlig kniv, æggebægre, elkedel. Intet livsnødvendigt, bare noget der kunne være rart:-)

Boutique Delight on the Ocean
Pros:

It is nestled next to the ocean with a nice set of lounge chairs. Very neat and clean facilities. Very safe location.

Cons:

The street is a bit shabby and the immediate area is under going some renovation, but very close walking distance to 5th Avenue.
