Pleasant location, nice facilities, disappointing service. Overall low value for money.
Pros:

Good breakfast. Nice facilities. Lovely rooms. Good location with direct beach access. The highlight of my stay was the reflexology treatment.

Cons:

Overall, the arrival and departure experience was the most disappointing part of our stay.

The check-in experience was not great. Upon arrival, I was given only one key, even though I had booked two rooms—one through Booking.com and the other directly through the hotel’s website. The receptionist seemed a little confused during the check-in process, although she was kind and pleasant.

One small detail that could improve the first impression is the reception area. The desk is quite high, and because the person behind it is not immediately visible, you don’t quite get that warm, welcoming feeling when you first arrive. It’s a beautiful retreat, so a more open and visible reception setup would make the arrival experience feel even more inviting.

The departure experience was horrendous. I brought my luggage down around 9:45am and informed the receptionist that I would go to the beach and return in one hour to collect the rest of my luggage and check out at 11am.

Instead, when I returned from the beach, I found all my belongings, including my handbag, laptop, and one dress, placed on my suitcase under the stairs. It was 10:40am. I literally felt like I had been thrown out of my room.

As far as I am aware, no one is allowed to touch personal belongings or remove them from the room without the guest’s prior consent. I was shocked. The receptionist mentioned that she thought I had released the room and apologised.

Throughout our stay, we did not interact much with the reception staff. They were nice and always greeted us when we passed by. However, we felt they could have been more proactive in recommending the restaurant, sharing the menu, and introducing us to the other facilities available, such as the restaurant and massage treatments. In our experience around the world, the front desk or reservations team often plays an important role in promoting and upselling the hotel’s facilities and services.

The bedsheets were not changed during our 3-day stay.

Clean, beach, pool and fun :)
Pros:

The hotel it's pretty nice. It feels like a well maintained and premium hotel.

Breakfast - Good options, decent hours.
Beach - Private and right next to the hotel. What I especially liked is that the distance between sun beds it's rather big.
Spa - There is a big dry sauna, also a wet sauna. Besides sauna there is a jacuzzi. You can also take massage, which was nice.
Pool - The pool is indoor and heated. It's rather small, but it was not an issue when we stayed, as there were not many people around.
Outdoor area - There is a terrace on the top which is nice and a lounge area outside, towards the sea.
View - Beach/Sea view which was nice.
Parking - Plenty of spots, in both outside the gate and inside.
Facilities - A/C was there and working, towels were changed daily, bath robe and slippers were already provided since day one. We also received an iron, but upon request.

Cons:

The only thing that was not so nice, but I guess we were aware, the room was rather small.
Probably the deluxe ones are bigger.

Pros:

Everything is thought as a relaxing and premium experience. Rooms are clean and have everything you need, common areas are a huge plus, and the food is great. You feel like they are there to offer you a good stay and a good experience, not to get every penny out of you at each step like other hotels would do.

Cons:

I would like to see some new options in the lunch menu but the existing options are solid

Pros:

Everything was excelent, the entire staff ( reception, restaurant, beach) was very polite, always paying attention and very prompt. Room was big enough, very clean, with all the necessary amenities (even beach towels). The hotel private beach was quite, without too much noise from tourists outside the hotel.

Revin oricand cu drag!
Pros:

Locatia este frumoasa, plaja curata si bine intretinuta. Seara chiar iti ofera o atmosfera calma si eleganta, iar rasaritul vazut din balcon face sederea si mai frumoasa. Micul dejun variat si gustos. Piscina interioara perfecta.

Cons:

Nu am nimic de reprosat.

Pros:

Ne-a plăcut foarte mult micul dejun și restaurantul în sine. Meniu complex și extrem de gustoase.

De asemenea ne-a plăcut faptul ca a fost foarte curat și personalul super amabil.

Masajul extrem de bun.

Piscină încălzită și foarte mare, perfectă și pentru cei mici.

Cons:

Camerele foarte mici în condițiile în care noi nu am luat cea mai mică cameră. Deci bănuiesc ca cea mică este extrem de mică.

Referitor la locație singurul lucru bun este faptul ca ești pe plajă. Dar dacă vrei să mergi la o promenada, efectiv nu ai unde pentru ca cele două stațiuni sunt la aprox 15 min de mers pe jos.

Nu există lift pentru dizabilități sau căruț de bebeluș.

Nu poți servi masa la orice oră. Sunt pauze între mese în care restaurantul este complet închis și singura opțiune este să aștepți. Iar magazin in preajma nu este. Dacă sunteți cu copii, fiți pregătiți cu gustări.

Pe social media prezintă program de yoga și alte activități care nu se țin de fiecare dată. Noi am fost în weekend întreg care presupunea câteva sesiuni de yoga însă nu s-au ținut pe motiv ca nu sunt participanți suficienți. Deși pe social media se promovează cum ca aceste clase se țin.

Concluzia noastră a fost ca prețul este multe prea mare pentru facilitățile care ți se oferă.

Oaza de liniște
Pros:

Un hotel excelent, o oază de liniște si de frumos pe malul mării, la care revenim cu drag.
Camerele frumoase si curate, designul de interior foarte frumos.
Servicii spa bune (masaj foarte plăcut).
Personal amabil si atent.
Pachețelul de mers la plaja cu coșuleț si prosop 💓
Mic dejun variat si gustos.

Cons:

Raportul calitate-pret la restaurant poate fi îmbunătățit.
Prețul foarte mare pe noaptea de cazare ( eu inteleg, dar orișicum 😆)
Unele camere sunt destul de (prea) mici

Un loc superb, ferit de agitatie pt a te bucura de mare din plin
Pros:

Faptul ca este f aproape de plaja, iar plaja a fost foarte libera in plin sezon, dar in timpul saptamanii. Mic dejunul foarte bun si variat, ne-a placut mult intrega atmosfera a hotelului. Apa marii de asemenea, f curata.
