There are much better stays for the price
Pros:

Spacious, quiet neighborhood

Cons:

There were some dogs left unattended and barking whole night. Pool is a decorative rather than usable with cleaning robot dropped inside all the time.

Fabulous Stay :)
Pros:

The Casa dos Arcos - Studios & Pool is a fabulous place to stay in Ponta Delgada. We stayed in the deluxe one bed apartment for 5 days and enjoyed every bit of it. Pilar is a great host and welcomed us with a tour of the place and some goodies like bread and biscuits and cake etc which is always appreciated after a long trip. Pilar was always available for any queries etc and very prompt in responding which is always appreciated. The room was very nice with a lot of space and lots of unique touches and antique furniture and features.
The property is huge with a lovely pool (which we didnt use as it was still cold :)) and a large beautiful garden. Pilar also has 3 dogs who are absolutely wonderful company and are always welcoming you and ready to play with you ..
The place is less than 10 minutes from the main square and marina which was very convienient for sightseeing and trips etc
Overall really loved and stay and would happily stay again when in beautiful Azores.

Cons:

Double glazing on bedroom windows would really help as the bedroom is close to the road on one side and there is some noise sometimes at night.

Pros:

Un lieu tres tranquille tout en etant a 5mn a pied du centre ville. Une piscine et un jardin magnifiques. De gentilles attentions et des conseils avises pour les diverses sorties et restaurants.

L'appartement propre , bien équipé , bien situé dans Ponta delgada,
L' accueil de la propriétaire. L' espace extérieur est très bien entretenu.

Cons:

La non possibilité de fermer la porte de l' appartement ( Pas de serrure 😯) . Nous n 'avons eu aucun problème.
Il y avait la possibilité de fermer la porte de la chambre.
C'est la première fois que nous rencontrons ce genre de situation.

Pros:

Ich hatte das Atelier gebucht für meinen Aufenthalt. Alles hat reibungslos geklappt. Check-in sehr einfach. Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Der Willkommen-Präsentkorb war super lieb, mit Käse, Wein, Wasser, Früchten und und und. Eigentümer leben im Haupthaus auf dem Grundstück, was einen großen Garten hat und komplett umzäunt ist. Die 3 Hunde sind sehr lieb und zutraulich, manchmal schon fast zu sehr 😉 Die Lage ist super. Alles gut fußläufig zu erreichen.

Cons:

Man muss sich bewusst sein, dass man mitten in der Stadt ist. Parkplätze sind also rar und man sollte gut einparken können.

Il y la présence de trois 3 merveilleux chiens qui sont aussi adorables. Notre hôte était aux petits soins, on a passé un incroyable moment et on recommande vivement!!!!!

I would say just thank you for having us
Pros:

I loved the big garden and three beautiful dogs greeting us every time when we were coming back. The owner was super friendly to assist in everything we asked and even more.

Cons:

The room had some extra humidity that I would have liked but this could be fixed with better insulation of the windows, which additionally will help with noise from outside especially at night.

Sehr ruhig und doch zentral gelegen,- sehr nette Vermieterin

Cons:

Bett könnte größer sein,- aber das ist unsere persönliche Meinung und auch kein wirkliches Problem

Lugar céntrico, bien cuidado y los propietarios muy pendientes de que estés agusto.

Estuvimos una semana y fue todo genial, muy cómodos y agusto.

Repetiría y lo recomiendo 100%.

Heerlijk knus huisje op een goede locatie met een warm welkom.
Pros:

De gastvrijheid en behulpzaamheid van Pilar! Er stond een welkomstmandje voor ons klaar met lokale lekkernijen. Daarnaast werden we spontaan uitgenodigd voor een wijntje toen ze met haar familie Pasen aan het vieren was.

Cons:

Het bed is aan de kleine kant en het matras was voor mij te zacht, maar het maakt het wel knus ;).

Perfect stay
Pros:

Absolutely everything was perfect! The host was such a warm and open person constantly checking if everything was okay during our stay. The place is lovely and also very clean. If you are looking for an apartament with a soul where you can feel like at home - that's the place
