Absolutely everything was perfect! The host was such a warm and open person constantly checking if everything was okay during our stay. The place is lovely and also very clean. If you are looking for an apartament with a soul where you can feel like at home - that's the place

Our experience at Casa dos Arcos....We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay in the city. It was peaceful and calm in a parklike setting. You may think when coming to an island, the ideal place is oceanview, but realistically how long do you plan to stay indoors? For us our focus was on exlproring this beautiful island. The variety of shades of green that we never knew existed and all the different ocean views that keept amazing us everywhere we went will stay with us forever. When the time came for us to recharge for the next day, its so rewarding to come back to a clean comfortable and peaceful place that you can truly rest to prepare for the next exciting day. Just draw back the never-ending curtains to the wall of windows just literally a couple of steps of the pool. Our only concern was to plan where to go for dinner, having the option to walk there or a short drive away. There's always the kitchenette if you plan on cooking. We must say that we couldn't have had a better host that's always ready to help and will kindly give you great suggestions. Even though our flight was delayed and we only got there late at night, Pilar welcomed us with a warm smile and kindly offered us soup along with a beautiful welcome basket in our room. The next morning we had the cutest welcoming committee of Tufas, Amelia and Lola. They are Pilar's rescue dogs and i must say are unificial certified emotional support dogs that made our stay so much more delightful and unforgettable. Thank you Pilar for making our stay a memorable one!

Everyone is very nice. Pilar was increbile great host! Loved the dog! so friendly. Housekeeper Elizabeth was very sweet and kind. Will visit again.

The studio is super cute, and the whole house has a lovely vibe with pretty gardens and the sweetest dogs! Pilar was amazing, she greeted us with a basket full of homemade bread, biscuits, fruit, and wine. She even stayed up late just to welcome us. Felt really special!

Nice and quiet area and still at walking distance to the city centre. Comfy bed and a nice kitchen with all the necessary. The perfect place to wind down after hiking/travelling.

The host has a lovely family, they were very kind and helpful.

O alojamento está impecavelmente limpo e muito bem cuidado — nota-se o carinho em cada detalhe.

Accueil très sympathique par la propriétaire Pilar, magnifique panier de bienvenue dans le studio avec différents produits des Açores, bravo Pilar c’est le plus beau panier que nous ayons reçu de tous nos voyages. Un ouragan a été annoncé sur les Açores, Pilar a invité dans sa belle maison tous ses locataires pour un repas, quelle belle initiative, merci pour ces bons moments passés ensemble et surtout merci Pilar pour ta bienveillance et assistance lors de mes problèmes de santé!!

Pilar is so friendly and I felt really good at this place.

The location is quiet, but close enough to the Ponta Delgada plaza area for an easy walk. The Casa is beautiful with a courtyard and pool where one can relax, have coffee, enjoy one’s breakfast, or simply enjoy the peacefulness of the Casa. Pilar is an outstanding host. She gave us a welcoming basket of food, and spent time with us recommending places to see and restaurants. She also arranged, at our request, a person to give us a tour of some of the sights on Sao Miguel. The accommodation was very clean, and had all the necessities for making breakfast. Highly recommend Casa dos Arcos.

Gezellig appartement klein (3 appartementen) waarvan 2 direct aan het zwembad 1 in de tuin. Mooi schoon appartement op loopafstand van het centrum. Pilar is een lieve fijne gastvrouw. Je moet wel van honden houden want die lopen vrij rond in de tuin en houden van gezelligheid
