Noisy air conditioning unit

Our tv wouldn’t work for local tv not a big deal but just would have been nice in the background

Von einem Stadtblick kann man nicht sprechen. Der Blick vom Balkon geht in einen eher engen Hinterhof, der nicht sehr ansprechend ist. Von einem nachhaltigen Hotel zu sprechen ist auch übertrieben. Die mobile Klimaanlage geht mittels Schlauch auf den Balkon, die Balkontür muss dazu offen stehen. D.h., die Kühlung ist absolut ineffizient und nur laut. Das TV Gerät funktioniert nicht. Eine Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Hotel ist nur über Whatsapp möglich, also schriftlich. Eine Telefonat ist nicht möglich. Die erste KI-generierte Antwort war, dass im Apartment kein Fernseher vorhanden ist. Ich stand davor! Eine angekündigte Unterstützung durch einen Mitarbeiter des Guest Experience Teams fand nicht nach den versprochenen 15 bis 20 Minuten statt sondern erst nach Stunden und das auch nur schriftlich. Der angekündigte Besuch des Technikers für den nächsten Tag fand gar nicht statt und die nächste wiederum nur schriftliche Kommunikation mit einem Mitarbeiter aus dem Führungsteam am nächsten Abend brachte auch keine Lösung des Problems. Das TV Gerät hat nicht funktioniert. Auf die versprochene Rückerstattung von 20% der Übernachtungskosten, die 10 Werktage dauern sollte, warte ich noch immer.

It's not good that there is no reception, that you have to do everything electronically, and that if you need something, you have to figure out who and how to contact. Face-to-face interaction is important because hotel guests like that kind of communication. I only later found out that this is the concept of this hotel chain. In my opinion, they should have a receptionist.

The air con unit was very noisy.
The balcony overlooked an alley with bins and building rubbish in so not really pleasant to sit on
The trams (which ran between 0700 and midnight) were very noisy going over the nearby points

Yer iyi fakat sokak çok gürültülü. Otelin karşısında bir bar var. Kafayı bulan gece yarısı nara atıyor.

The airconditioning is through a mobile unit which causes a lot of inconvenience if we need to step out in the balcony.

There was a lot of noise from both the internal staircase and the tram outside, which runs frequently late into the night. The room was also incredibly hot. Although an air-conditioning unit was provided, it required the window to be left open for the hose, making it impractical to use because of the outside noise.

Recht klein und zweckmäßig/anonym, nicht sehr heimelig, falls man das sucht.

Zurich is an expensive city, so room rates were higher than we would have liked, but this city-wide.

Possibly a bit on the noisey side, could hear the trans + trains constantly
