Location was perfect. Access to the building and room was great.
The only thing that would have made the kitchenette perfect would be a toaster.
Location was great, very easy check-in/check-out. The room was pleasant.
We I purchased early check-in, but the room was not actually ready at the time that we arrived. The cleaner was still in the room, and apparently there was a mix-up with the app, so we had to wait a little bit. We did get a refund for the early check-in payment.

Love this place. The view of the clock tower was very cool. Place was very spacious and clean.

The room was modern and well equipped.
The fact that our room was not ready at almost 6PM when we arrived! It was a very unpleasant experience to receive a message from the property the day of our arrival stating that they give us access to our room only from 6PM even if when booking they do not mention anything about this (that possible delays may occur), on the contrary, the check in is possible much earlier during the day. However, our arrival was synchronized with this delayed access so only waited for a few minutes at the door of our room in order to be cleaned up and ready for us. Nonetheless, this overall experience was awful, I and my child were very tired after the long day and disappointed, I did not expect it and did not experienced it before in many years of traveling. I basically paid for a room to be ready for us much earlier than we actually had access to it. While they might have prolonged the stay of the previous occupancy just to earn more (this is one of the extra-services they offer, the late check out). It could be advantageous to the company and the other guests, but not for the ones that have actually paid for the room that day!
