J aime beaucoup cette hôtel pour la propreté, l emplacement super et surtout pour la gentillesse du personnel toujours au petit soins , chaleureux et surtout toujours avec le sourire.

La ubicación de este hotel no es ideal para visitar el centro histórico de Estambul, pero para el congreso al que yo asistí era muy conveniente. El personal, muy amable. Incluso recibimos unas aguas, zumos y refrescos de regalo como "hermanamiento entre Turquía y España" (un detalle muy agradable).

Nice for a short stay
Pros:

Lovely, clean and very comfortable. Staff are helpful and friendly. It's in a very busy area so you can find lots of food places and shops close by.

Cons:

Its very noisy at night time. We were on the 1st floor and there were lots of people talking into the early hours of the morning. Maybe from guests sat in reception I'm not sure but they were very loud.

Мы остановились в этом отеле, потому что он находится недалеко от клиники. Для нас это было очень удобно.
Отель очень чистый, постельное бельё свежее, в номере есть все необходимые принадлежности: шампунь, гель для душа, тапочки. Каждый день нам предлагали уборку номера.Также можно заказать еду в номер. В этом нам очень помог сотрудник Али — отдельное ему спасибо за внимание и заботу.Персонал отеля очень приветливый и отзывчивый, всегда быстро реагировали на наши просьбы.Я забыла в номере свою цепочку, и сотрудники честно вернули её мне в целости и сохранности. За это я им особенно благодарна.Рядом с отелем есть магазины, недалеко автобусная остановка и торговый центр, что тоже очень удобно.Мы остались довольны проживанием и можем смело рекомендовать этот отель другим.
