Fatal, un cauchemar

Cons:

Le personnel de la réception et le propriétaire. Je suis arrivé à l'hôtel à minuit après un long voyage, ma grande surprise c'est que je n'avais pas de chambre même si j'avais payé d'avance et ma réservation était confirmée par booking.
Le jeune qui était à la réception ne voulait pas m'ouvrir la porte parce que l'hôtel était complet. Il était grossier et impolie.
Je ne comprends pas comment Booking peut travailler avec des hôtels de cette catégorie. Je ne suis pas encore remboursé.

Tágas nappalival, kis konyhával.

Cons:

Rosszul felszerelt, hanyagul takarított szállás. Nincs fűtés és a hőmérséklet éjszaka 10 fokra hűlt a szobában. Azért az hideg.
