Sehr angenehmes Hotel
Pros:

Wir waren rundum zufrieden, sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel. Große Zimmer, sehr sauber, bequeme Betten mit sehr guter Bettwäsche (dünne komplett bezogene Decke, die bei angeschalteter Klimaanlage gerade richtig ist), gute Auswahl zum Frühstück. Gute zentrale Lage, so dass Restaurants sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Leider war die Klimaanlage im Zimmer sehr laut und bot nur wenige Einstellmöglichkeiten. Dies war sehr störend.

Pros:

Lovely stay with Mony Reach. We were welcomed to the hotel by Vireak and team, and all made us feel so welcome and appreciated for staying with them. Each day they would ask what our plans were and offer their advice or suggestions. Comfortable room with plush beds and housekeeping was also very good. Breakfast was included and was nice too. They even prepared small breakfast to go boxes for us on days we went to Angkor. I will just note that the shower in the bathroom is right over the toilet and water gets all over bathroom when taking a shower but it’s a design and it’s manageable.

Cons:

Shower in bathroom is a bit strange setup. But it worked fine.

The hotel is centrally located. It is walking distance to a lot of places. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The room and common area are spotless.

The staff is absolutely great. Couldn’t be better. All is clean and the location within the city is next to perfect.

Cons:

However, the rooms and the breakfast area are in need of interior design, as many simple thing are just not functional. Forget the gym and the bar on the upper floor.

スタッフ皆さんいつも笑顔で感じが良かったです。特に最初の日に受付をしてくれたVerick（名前違ったらごめんなさい）は滞在中、色々助けてくれました。
そしてロケーションもよくて、どこにいくのも便利でした。

Pros:

Great hospitality from the moment we arrived.
Big shout out to Vaedek on reception. Very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.
Very spacious rooms and comfortable bed.
Spotlessly clean
Fantastic location close to restaurant, pub street and riverside markets.
Overall we had an excellent stay and will return in the future

Great hotel, good location, lovely staff
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, around 5 minute walk from Pub Street, nice a quiet. Lovely small pool with beds.
Our twin room had 2 double beds that were super comfortable, the room was bright and modern.
All the staff were friendly and attentive.

Cons:

We stayed for 1 week and booked to have breakfast included. There was a very small menu you could chose a dish from. On the fist day they also provided a plate of fruit on a buffet but the fruit was dry and shrivelled, we had the same plate of fruit brought out every day.
It would of been nice to have some fresh fruit, bread, cake.

Vriendelijk personeel en erg behulpzaam.
Goed ontbijt met veel keuze.
Mooi en schoon zwembad.
We verbleven twee nachten maar we hebben geen op of aanmerkingen.
Zal zeker dit hotel weer boeken bij een volgende keer dat we in Seam Reap zijn.

Cons:

Mischien de uitzicht van de kamer aan de achterzijde, zicht op het dak van een naast gelegen gebouw.
Maar dat stoorde ons totaal niet, met de vitrage ervoor.
Maar er viel niets tegen.
