It’s location , cleanliness, lovely and large rooms, the best was the staff , they were so polite and kind and sweet . The breakfast which started at 6.30 am was good and convenient.
We enjoyed walking to pub street every day

Small but warming to stay, warm welcoming and friendly staff, lovely room decor with nice room view of city. Great location within walking distance, especially to the most famous area of Pub-street with a few steps only.

Spacious and comfortable room, nice patio, and super friendly staff (everyone knew my name despite the fact that I keep to myself.)

A very modern, well run hotel. The warm greeting on arrival with a light drink and snack next to the pool was a beautiful start to my stay and that was before I had seen the room!
Every need was taken care of and the friendly chats with all staff really made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Room was spotless, it included a fridge with drinks and snacks, a full size bath and a shower next to the bath in a generous sized bathroom that included toiletries such as shower gel, shampoo and soap. Toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap, comb and Q-tips. My oversized bed was extremely comfortable and I still had ample space in the room that included a table and two chairs. AC was amazing as was the soundproof room. Balcony was a nice size and was always included in the daily clean down/tidy of the room. Room service had a good range of delicious well priced food and snacks and always arrived promptly.
Breakfast here was something I looked forward to daily it was always well presented, hot and delicious. I would excitedly stay here again and recommend you do too.

Fantastic experience to stay here for three nights. We felt very welcome by the warmth of the receptionists and all other employees.
The room was superb, very luxurious and spacious and it was cleaned spotless every day. We were on the street side, but hardly any noise came through. The bed was marvelous and the shower and bath too.

This was my second visit to Siem Reap, and staying at this hotel made the trip even more memorable. The location is excellent—close to everything you need while still offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.
What truly sets this hotel apart is its incredibly friendly and welcoming staff. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel at home. They were always happy to help and went above and beyond by providing great recommendations for local food and advice on visiting the temples. No question was ever too much trouble, and their genuine hospitality made all the difference.
The breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of delicious options to start the day. A thoughtful touch was the breakfast box they prepared for guests heading out early to watch the sunrise at Angkor Wat. It was fresh, convenient, and much appreciated, allowing me to enjoy breakfast without missing one of Cambodia's most unforgettable experiences.
I had another wonderful stay and wouldn't hesitate to return on my next trip to Siem Reap. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a hotel with a perfect location, exceptional service, and great attention to detail.

The hotel is centrally located in the heart of the city with a walking distance to shops, local and western restaurants and the famous Pub Street. It is a close proxy to public transport for intercity travel. The breakfast options were extensive with a variety of choices. It was a perfect stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Mony Reach Angkor Hotel. The hotel was exceptionally clean throughout, with the rooms and facilities maintained to a very high standard. The location was ideal, making it easy to explore Siem Reap while still being peaceful and relaxing. The food was excellent, with a great selection at breakfast and consistently high quality throughout my stay. What really made the experience stand out, however, was the staff. Every member of the team was friendly, welcoming and professional, and they genuinely went above and beyond to ensure guests had a great stay. Their service and attention to detail were outstanding.

Il mio soggiorno al Mony Reach Angkor Hotel è stato assolutamente perfetto e consiglio questa struttura senza alcuna esitazione a chiunque visiti Siem Reap. L'hotel gode di una posizione ideale e strategica, perfetta sia per raggiungere comodamente il sito archeologico di Angkor Wat, sia per spostarsi verso il centro città, i ristoranti e le attrazioni locali.
La camera assegnata era estremamente spaziosa, confortevole e ben arredata, con una pulizia davvero eccellente e curata meticolosamente in ogni dettaglio quotidianamente. Il vero valore aggiunto della struttura è stato senza dubbio il personale: raramente ho riscontrato uno staff così autenticamente gentile, sorridente e premuroso. La loro totale disponibilità e la costante cura verso l'ospite hanno reso il soggiorno indimenticabile, offrendo un servizio di altissimo livello.
Tornerò sicuramente in questo hotel in futuro!

Had an excellent stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable — more than satisfactory for our stay. We are very happy we chose to stay here and would definitely recommend it to others. Looking forward to coming back!

Wonderful experience. I interacted at length with Mony Reach Hotel reception prior to arrival in order to book tours/transportation. They were responsive, patient as I was making my mind up, and provided useful advice. Prices seemed fair in comparison to travel agents from town.
The location is very practical, a street away from the shopping and nightlife district and a 15min ride to Angkor heritage site. We were not bothered by street noise.
Elegant lobby with sculpted wood and fresh flowers. We reveived a warm and professional welcome. We were offered a seat, a drink and a sweet during check-in. I had made myself a note to reconfirm some of the details of our stay - it was needless, the staff were already briefed.
During our stay, we were warmly welcome each time we came in and out. Our questions were readily amswered to.
Room was large, clean, functional. Elegant elephant wall art and silky bed spread. Great bed and shower/bathroom. Useful balcony for aerating clothes and shoes after the heat and humidity of Angkor. Housekeeping did an impressive job.
Swimming pool quiet, clean and pretty, with showers and a bar with happy hour. The surrounding garden is lovely. We drank Mai Tais for a good quality/price ratio.
We appreciated the fresh fruit in our breakfast box during the sunrise tour (personal advice, not the hotel's fault: the sunrise photo is not worth the tiredness, leg pain and sweat incurred, save your energy for actually touring the sites).
We otherwise attended the breakfast buffet. We preferred the Cambodian to the Western dishes.
We loved the tuk-tuk driver who took us on a two-day Angkor visit, Sany. Sany's colleague, another driver, also kindly helped us when we once got lost.
